I have an extremely heavy period which often makes me hesitant to use pads unless I have a super overnight pad during the night. I have used these daily during my period and have been very pleasantly surprised. They are comfortable and can manage with my heavy flow. I have even been able to use these overnight with no problems. I am also very surprised by the low price and I think these are very reasonable. The only downside I found is that the wings are extremely sticky and tend to tear and bits get left behind on my underwear. Otherwise these are definitely a 4.5/5!!!!

These pads were terrific! I have tried the brand before, but not these particular ones. They were so thin and comfortable yet extremely absorbent. Tested a combination of short- and long-wear on both heavy and lighter days, and was very satisfied with the result. Extremely secure with zero leakage and no irritation like some brands after a few days of use. Will definitely re-purchase!

The U by Kotex regular pads with wings are like most other pads I've tried. They are soft, and the wings keep the pad in place. I did have a little bit of leakage in the back, I appreciate pads that are a little longer. The pads absorb pretty well, they do not have that plastic layer on the top that prevents proper absorption like some other cheaper brands. I noticed that the outside wrappers of these pads are cotton compared to the usual plastic wrappers, so I appreciate that this is a more sustainable and chemical free wrapper.
