Having had 2 pregnancies, can say these are the best out there. You don't want wings when it comes to postpartum bleeding! And these pads are more absorbent than other brands. I also found them to be more comfy.
I have quite a heavy flow and was expecting these to provide more coverage and protection, but was let down with the size and absorbency. Ended up having to use period overnight pads instead for the bleeding.
Great for after birth. No wings and very absorbent.
I used this pads during my first post-natal weeks and it worked well for me. It's tick and absorbent. But it's not that different from overnight pads for heavy bleeding. I didn't like that they don't have wings.

These are pretty good but once again if you have a heavy period, you may want to choose a different brand as this one is probably better suited to someone with a lighter monthly cycle.
No girl loves having her period, but U by Kotex maternity gives me protection, and comfort. The only brand and type I use. I can’t buy them locally so this helped me a lot.
