Thank you UAG for a great product. Loved the cover for my older iPhone and the new version has slight improvements like slicker card holder and screen stand. Keep it up!

Bad service

10 days after the order there was no action on the tracking. I called you lied. That day you filled the order. Then blamed the post office. I work there. I see the real tracking data. Look up the emails she offered to Fed Ex me a case. You lied again. Just admit you lost or failed to ship it out. No. You lied.

Disappointed

I almost upgraded to the iPhone 13 Pro Max several months ago, and went to the UAG site to see if I could order the Metropolis case because I had it and loved it with my iPhone 11 Pro Max, but it wasn't available. So when I upgraded to the iPhone 14 Pro Max and saw that it was available for this model, I was excited and ordered it! However, I haven't even had it a month and two of the seams have become unraveled and pulling apart, so very disappointed!

Great Case, Ok Service

As a product the cases from UAG are faultless. I have them on my IPhone X , 12 & 14. All three cases still function a great as they did when purchased. The X case is now 5 years old and the 12 pro max case is 2 years old, I wouldn’t put with of these older phones in any other case. The 12 has been in constant use since purchased and when taken out of the case it is spotless with no mark, scratches anywhere and it has been dropped a number of times since its purchase. It’s because of this I had no other thought but to buy the same case for my 14Pro Max. I have absolute confidence in this product to continue protecting my phones. The purchasing process was simple. I ordered well in advance of the IPhone 14 release but was unable to take my new phone out because the the case didn’t arrive in time. There was no mention of the product coming from Hong Kong and the item just seemed stuck in their slow postal process. The case is fitted, holds my phone very securely and looks good too. I have total faith that my phone will be equally protected for the foreseeable future.

Lovely case - but needs improvement

The Metropolis iPhone 14 case is lovely and strong, but it needs improving. The cover does not secure down with a magnetic catch like other items, so it opens up when it falls. If it had a magnetic catch, I would give it 5/5

Nice case!

Perfect fit for iPhone pro 14. Solid construction, good protection for phone. 2 slots in top for cards always come in handy.Missing the magnetic latch offered on previous versions of the case (top stays open slightly). Adding back this feature would make a “perfect” case IMO.
