Easy to install. Secure. Fantastic range. We keep a pair of these in the office at all times. They are a "get out of jail free" card for exhibitions or large campus areas when fibre fails.

Clear disappointment: purchased to implement a short-distance wireless bridge. Good signal, no obstacles but transfer speed never exceeds 200MBit/s, with the 100% CPU load being the reason. Support forum mentions this as a known issue for 1-2 years with no resolution provided.Apparently Ubiquiti put a too weak CPU into this model.Replaced setup with MikroTik Wireless Wire (not a 100% analogue as it uses 60GHz frequencies) and transfer speed immediately improved to 800-900MBit/s (disclaimer: speedtest.net results, not a local transfer test) matching the 1GBit/s uplink from the ISP.
