Paid upfront, waited and after release priced down

The device is quality built. Works good. Looks very solid.Pros: I like the user interface. The set features the device provides is rich. I will continue using it. It works best if all other switching/network devices are also Ubiquiti - everything is well integrated.Cons: Lack of documentation. Most of the functions are intuitive but there are a few that are not, unfortunately. Internet search helps for most of the cases. But in my case - it did not. I tried to contact Ubiquiti tech support but unfortunately it did not help either. Received a great upgrade offer to 5gig fiber but my original UDM Pro is rated for only 3.5gig with monitoring services enabled. Ubiquiti backup made the upgrade incredibly simple and I’m seeing 5gig speeds up and down using the SFP port.
