Just installed a new security camera system made up of these and the G4 bullet version. Nice camera. Even in a pitch black room the LEDs provide enough light for a clear, sharp image. Easy software comes packaged with the server.

Great Camera. I did not know after 20 years of shopping at MC that the keep high dollar small items behind the count. I thought that even thought the website said one left, it was incorrect. Many time over the past 20 year I have NOT found something on shelf and left.....
This camera has an amazing sensor built into it and with the Unifi protect you can tweak those settings to the exact image you need for you use case. The install was a slight bit more difficult than I had originally hoped. I wish they would have included a spanner for the thread locking device. It would have made installation easier. This device will require POE so make sure you get the correct POE adapter for this device. If you are on the fence go ahead and get this it will not disappoint you.

night and day difference over CCTV and supports HDR
These aren't really onvif. if the unifi cloud key gen2 plus 5 star rated controller goes bad, camera rtsp stops working because it only works with controller as a proxy. so you can't use any onvif controller as a workaround when unifi controller stops working. without stable controller, the camera is useless. no trustworthy videos online as everyone promoting the product is sponsored. controller frequently fails. 2+ week turn around on responses from support.
