They look nice but they are nearly impossible to get your foot into the boot. I used shoe trees and leather conditioner to soften/stretch them, then a shoe horn. I think my daughter will hate them.

Love my boots. very comfortable and warm. Easy on and off!I always order one size bigger in Ugg, as they run a full size largeon me. I wear women's 6 in most shoes/boots, but Ialways size down to a 5 in this brand.

My overall experience was Fabulous. Phil was exceptional. I needed to purchase these UGGS for my daughter for Christmas. After I made the purchase, I realized the color was not correct. They are as one would expect from Ugg-wonderful, although oddly they come up a bit bigger than the other 7 pairs I have of the same size. Wonderful pink colour too. Baby pink ones please.
