The chestnut is a beautiful shade of brown.I am a true size 8 and I ordered these in a 7 for the perfect fit with a little room to spare! I love it, that these show off my tiny ankles!I would pair these UGGs with a sweatsuit or jeans and I’m good to go. These definitely are a winter staple! Just ordered the black too!I would love to see these in more colors!

They were so tight , the opening wouldnt stretch and i felt like i almost rip the hook in the back, which is supposed to help you, slide your foot in. But once my foot was in- they fit perfectly. A size 9 and a size 10 are big shoe sizes and look very similar in length when compared against the soles and not very flattering to wear when you're only 5'4 but.. it is, what it is. I will say oddly enough the size 9 in these actually didn't make my feet look that big compared to how big my feet looked in the size 10. Seems like the width of the 10 was wider than the 9. I also want to point out that one set of the sand boots had a rough looking suede texture to it while the other looked very smooth and appealing. Both were brand new with no signs of previous wear. I bought sand and black. The black pair felt defective on one of the sides, as if someone forced their foot in so hard that the structure buckled and it feels uncomfortable and noticeable when I walk in them. For sure size down if you're a half size wearer or in between sizes. Stay true to size if you're planning on wearing socks or have a wide foot. Size down a whole size if you don't plan on wearing socks or have narrow feet.

This is my first pair of Uggs and I can’t believe I haven’t bought them sooner! I was missing out! These are such high quality esp. over a similar pair I bought on SHEIN, and way better than bear paw. I guess I didn’t want to spend so much money on something I thought would ruin easily, but I was so wrong these are such high quality. I definitely notice the difference in quality when I slide my foot in over my cheaper pairs (which are not as comfy or warm). So happy I splurged!! They’re so cute and cozy! Love 🩵
Love! My favorite shoes for cold weather. Second pair purchased. I will say that the ultra minis are very tight around the ankle and hard to get on especially if you have high arches. I’d still recommend ordering a size down though since they will stretch out a lot in their first year and the platform sole can get a little clunky. I learned that the hard way. Unfortunately I’ll have to be returning these to grab a smaller size. Still my favorite pair of shoes!

What I didn’t realize is that these boots have no shearling in their construction…. Just wool mixed with tancel (which is made from wood pulp with a man made finish). Description doesn’t even state what percentage of tencel vs wool is used. The inner lining is already shedding and I’ve only worn these twice (purchased last Sunday - writing this on Thursday). My feet were so sweaty in these, even with socks. Would not recommend, especially not for $160?!?! Save your money!!!!!!Very disappointing downgrade in quality from UGG. I’ve had the classic mini platform and I love them, I bought another pair! I have the original Ultra mini (not platform) as well. But for some reason these Ultra mini come in slightly larger. Also it’s important to consider they’re a little harder to put on than the classic mini, I think maybe those give you room to tug and pull up, if that makes sense? Also size down. I’m a regular width size 6 and I’ve had to size down to 5. Keep in mind they stretch in time. If you’re buying to keep warm? I suggest you buy the classic mini (regular or platform) they cover up above the ankle. Cozier.✌️
I have the shoe and brown love it, so decided to order it in black from Nordstrom’s. I received my order only to open the box to realize they sent me an entirely wrong shoe! I contacted customer service and even though the representative was very nice basically just told me that I needed to return the shoe to my local Nordstrom rack for refund and now this shoe is out of stock in my size. I had used my nordy rewards along with. I had a credit on my Nordstrom visa. So now I’m left to wait a week to try to see when all of these credits are credited back to me at two different places between my visa account and my Nordstrom reward account.This white is my time to have to follow up on this just because someone pulled the wrong shoe and now I’m going to have to try to ... I love the platform look as I’m only 5’0 and assumed these would fit nice & comfortably snug like the pairs of Ugg’s I’d owned years ago.I wear a size 6 and have a slightly wide foot, nothing crazy. The boots do require just a little of tug to get my foot past the opening or if walk while slipping my foot it, they wiggle into place. NBD. Once my foot is inside, my feet are slipping & sliding around…and remember, I have wide feet!After a few incidents where my foot slipped around in there and I almost lost my footing, I just have to remember to wear socks w/ these boots.But, they look super cute and keep my toes warm!
I had never made a purchase from this company. As a matter fact, I had never heard of this company before. I had a horrible experience with Footlocker where I ordered these exact same shoes and never received them. I was desperate to find them for Christmas for my daughter. I took a chance on this company and the shoes arrived exactly as described. They communicated with me via text and email. The package arrived promptly. I would definitely purchase from this company again.The only negative is the shipping cost of this smaller company, resulting in higher shipping costs. But, that would be the only negative.
