Unfortunately, I will not be buying through Stock X again. You make it very difficult if the shoes don't fit right and cannot exchange for right size. I bought these as a gift for Christmas and they are too small. I do not have time to try to resell. Too much of a hassle. I will buy from stores in the future with a better customer service policy.

I own a size 4 uggs bought in the uk. I purchased recently I ordered these uggs to find out they have came from china they are miles to small and off sizing compared to the uggs I purchased at office. The quality is also off and seems a bit dodgy and I can’t even return! The size is inaccurate and now I’m stuck with a shoe to small that I can’t wear and out of pocket ! Ridiculous

I’m fairly confident these are fake. The QR code on the box do NOT go to Uggs. The QR code on the left shoe does not even scan. BUT you put these in front of a 16 year old at Christmas and it’s heart wrenching to take them back…so instead I’m feeling very defeated for paying $170+ for FAKE Uggs. StockX, please do better with your verification.

I was referred to StockX by a representative from Ugg as the boot I wanted for my daughter was on backorder looking to come in late February early March. Taking Ugg for their recommendation I bought from StockX and immediately regretted my decision. 1st after my order was accepted, it was supposedly never shipped by the seller, this delayed shipment by 2 weeks as they had to find a new seller. Upon finally getting the product, I quickly realized these were not authentic at all, despite being told they were reviewed by StockX quality team. There were several ways I could tell this. 1) No QR code on the product or box. Any Ugg owner knows all (authentic)products come with a QR code to scan and it takes you to their verification site. 2) The stitching was horrible! Any Ugg owner knows all (authentic)products come with a QR code to scan and it takes you to their verification site. 2) The stitching was horrible! The seams didn't line up and were not pretty in no way. 3) The fur inside the boot was pulling away from the otter shell of the booth and when the boot was flipped off it just fell off, by falling off I mean it was worse then a golden retriever shedding. 4) the bottom soles were stamped with something that I have NEVER seen on any uggs. I wanted to believe that they were real, and perhaps something I hadn't seen before, so I decided to take them to our local ugg store, where not one but 3 different employees looked at them and also concluded they were not authentic. This was very disappointing considering the company prides itself on being sold legitimate items. I have contacted StockX and after a couple of days they sent a UPS label to send back the product. I've sent it back, but still awaiting on a refund. Unfortunately i didn't take photos except the ones I had to send to StockX with their green QR tag. Buyer beware!
Shoes ruined after wearing them for the first time ever within just a few hours. Googled how to fix it so i used a bit of water and a paper towel to gently wipe off the stain on the toe area(which the stain is unknown since i hadn’t walked into any unknown liquids so i have no clue what stained them). As i gently wiped off the stain some brown colour was coming off onto the paper towel, yet i hadn’t gotten mud on the shoes, therefore that brown colour WAS THE COLOUR OF THE UGGS COMING OFF ONTO THE PAPER TOWEL. Tried letting the shoe dry only for them to look worse than before. As well as the sheepskin material feeling rough and damaged in that area. The ugg care kit is another £50 which is just another major robbery and thought maybe a bit of water can help as ... MoreShoes ruined after wearing them for the first time ever within just a few hours. So upset will never ever buy from stock x or ugg ever again what a waste of money. i thought shoes were made to walk in?
My daughter is 10 and I’ve gotten her a new cozy pair of Uggs each fall/winter for four years. This pair is so different and feels like a $25 pair of boots from a big box store!!! Terribly thin lining and sole is not thick or supportive AT ALL. My daughter plays sports in these boots at recess and I’m just waiting for them to bust apart because they feel so thin. I will never buy Uggs for myself or my kids again. Shame! Nordstrom, figure this out and stop selling them at this same high price point!
These boots are a little spendy, but they are well made and worth the extra money. They are the most comfortable boot I have ever owned. I recommend taking care of them with the treatment spray, if you are spending the money, they should be taken care of. If you do this, you will not be disappointed.
I wear a size 6.5 and ordered a 7. They are tight to get on, but over a month's time it is a tad bit better, not much. Eventually they will get easier, I hope. There is zero support for your feet and are very flat feeling on your foot. Took some time to get used to no support, but I only wear them as slippers. The color is not pink, it is more of a salmon color and not very appealing. But for slippers they are fine inside the house. My feet don't sweat and are kept warm, so they are wonderful for inside slippers.
This is no fault of Macy’s, but Uggs are not worth the money they used to be. I haven’t ordered new Ugg boots in a few years (probably not since 2017 or so), but I’ve gotten slippers in the meantime (2019). I’ve always been happy with the quality of Uggs, even as recently as 2019 with my slipper purchase, and it’s made the price worth it. It’s also differentiated Uggs from other similar boots in the market. However, this year’s purchase changed that forever. My new Uggs are thinner and it’s immediately obvious that the quality of the fur has diminished. It’s disappointing that a once highly respected brand would diminish its quality so severely over the course of just a few years. I hope others recognize this change before they buy new Uggs.
