I have worn UGG Australia for decades. My first pair I bought 20 years ago that I still wear to this day. I have purchased countless pairs since then, as well as bedding, clothing and more. This brand is unmatched in totality. I've never experienced such quality and durability in shoes as well as all their products. It really is incredible. I have a King size comforter and matching set of pillows that I use EVERY DAY. My favorite thing.

Got these UGGs Classic Mini II in Chestnut for my son’s girlfriend. She decided she wanted them for Christmas a week before. Everyone was sold out. Looked for hours for them, everywhere. Found them online at Footprint! They shipped them to me so fast! Got them with 3 days to spare! Love the boots and love the store! New favorite store and now a customer for life! They kept me updated the whole time about my order. Customer service is fabulous!!

It's my first time purchasing a pair of Uggs and always wondered what all the fuss was about. Well, l took the plunge, as a feelgood gift to myself, and was pleasantly surprised! Once you've battled to get your feet in, like l did, it was heaven. Hopefully, with more wear the top of the boots will be less rigid and l won't have to fight to get my feet in. Apart from that they are a good fit, warm and comfortable. I purchased mine at a reduced price which l'm happy about. I know my daughter is eyeing mine up but l will defend them with my last breath...dramatic, l know, but they're MINE! I'll encourage her to purchase her own pair of Uggs ;)

The sizing for these is really off. I typically wear size 7.5, and size 7 for uggs. I ordered the size 7, and I couldn’t even put my foot in! The circumference of the opening is so unbelievably tight. I managed to squeeze it in after a few minutes of tugging, and the shoe itself over my foot fit perfectly. However, I do not want to tug and risk tearing the shoe each time just to put it on, so I returned it. I ordered a size 8, which was a little easier to put on, but the boot was way too loose even with thick socks. Ultimately returned both. Really disappointed that the opening circumference was so tight, not sure how other people put them on.
I have been a long time Ugg Buyer. Get a new pair every couple of years. Bought these less than a year ago as a house shoe. I never wear them outside. I know have hole in the toe because I now noticed they stopped lining the toe area with the Sherpa as previous years. The other shoe will have the same hole soon. This will be the last pair of uggs I ever buy. Might as well buy a knock off if these aren’t even going to last a whole year.
Best luck ever finding this retail store online and in California even. Shipping was quick and was packaged perfectly. My daughter’s authentic uggs arrived in pristine condition. I purchased two pairs of Uggs in Chestnut. Each mini's. One regular and one with the bow in the back. Neither of these boots color look as advertised on the website. The back labels also not the same that's pictured on the website and looks cheap and fake. Both are like a muddy brown in logo and suede boot. Not at all like my first pair I purhased in the same color which was a nice rich Chestnut as pictured on their website (just like the two I just purchased). New ones came looking very different logo font and boot color; ugly muddy tan color. Back brand logo same. Ugly muddy off looking color. At these prices, very sad.
Bought these for my sister as a gift last year, she has never stopped wearing them since. They are easy to get on, the fur inside feels soft and isn't too fluffy and your feet or socks do not get covered in fluff. They look stylish and with the option to protect with the Ugg protect kit, can be worn seasons round, perfect for the snow if you have to go out. The suede does not mark as we expected it to have a couple but nothing! Definitely buying a pair for myself. Your size will feel slightly tight when purchasing but they do stretch
I bought these in the radish color after trying a pair on in the store. They only had brown in a size 7, my usual size and they fit well. I was originally going to buy the ultra mini because they looked so cute online, but the salesperson recommended the classic mini and I can see why. I tried the ultra mini on and they looked like an oversized slipper. Hard to get on (and I’ve got skinny ankles). Just not as comfortable or flattering as the classic.
I love these boots, and I love the chestnut color. I think Chestnut goes with everything, and the fun style is perfect. Just slip on and go. I wear them like a flip-flop for winter. I do sometimes wonder if I should’ve gotten the ultra mini, but I absolutely love these. I am a true size 5 1/2 and I buy five in UGGs. They’re snug when I first put them on but with wear the suede and shearling form perfectly to your foot. My feet are a tad wide but fit perfectly in these boots after they wear in. I do love the new coral color! I may have to try the coral color in the ultra mini 😊
