However, these modifications were not described in the details of the product. Usually, reputable brands change the name of a new model so customers will be informed before buying. As a result, the leather of the new boots is significantly thinner and cold sensitive. I bought UGG because they kept my feet warm during cold weather. The newer boot is not suitable for that purpose. Customers should be aware.

Great comfortable boots that feel like you're wearing slippers. I bought these to replace my older mid-height uggs, and they are just as comfortable. The only difference is that these are a bit harder to get on. The loop on the back of the boot definitely helps to get them on. I'm hoping it will get easier over time as the boots get broken in.

I wanted the Ultra Mini's but they were sold out everywhere in my size, so I went with these instead - no regrets! I've heard these are easier to get on and off anyhow. This is my second pair of Uggs - the tall ones I've had for literally ten years and still wear to walk my dog. Yes, they are pricey but I know that I'll have them for a long time!

I got these mini Uggs as a gift for Christmas. They were a size USA 6 which is what my classic Uggs & tall Uggs are that I own. I couldn't even get my foot in the minis! I thought I was gonna pull the tab off trying to get my foot in them! Took them back to the store and was told that was a very common problem they were seeing with this style boot. Honestly, I have a very small foot & Skinny ankle/leg. The shaft opening was not much bigger than my arm! Pitiful!
This review is for the "outstanding" customer phone support I received from Macy's. I made an exchange and the process was so quick and efficient, I barely bat an eyelash. I only wish UPS would use slimmer packing boxes so I can get them in their mailboxes or an opening that is somewhat wider to drop it in. I did end up having to drive to a UPS store which is what I try to avoid. Not Macy's fault. My exchange was perfect. I now feel no intimidation with shopping this vendor online. As for the boots, Uggs can run a little on the wide size, wish they came in medium and wide width like some shoes do. Even half sizes would be nice for Uggs. I'm an 8 and bought an 8, one boot runs a little big. I bought some insoles to add hoping this helps with it. I didn't see them at ... Loved the boots but got caught in a freak rain storm for 10 minutes. Now my uggs are completely ruined and discoloured. For the price I feel this is a terrible design, especially since they're made for the autumn/winter months. Not sure I can fix them but will have a go. You need to provide a free protective coating, coat them before selling or some sort of warning when buying.
I wear a size 6.5 and ordered a 7. They are tight to get on, but over a month's time it is a tad bit better, not much. Eventually they will get easier, I hope. There is zero support for your feet and are very flat feeling on your foot. Took some time to get used to no support, but I only wear them as slippers. The color is not pink, it is more of a salmon color and not very appealing. But for slippers they are fine inside the house. My feet don't sweat and are kept warm, so they are wonderful for inside slippers.
I purchased the mini black pair in store last Tuesday and I am loving them! Never had the mini's before and am really surprised how much I love the style. I think I will be sticking to the mini's going forward. Also, the associate that helped me was super helpful and kind. I wish I could remember her name but unfortunately my memory isn't the best when it comes to names. I got a size 10 which is my normal size and I am wearing them without socks and they fit just perfect!
I have been wearing Ugg boots for over 20 years. I have 2 pair in my ready to purchase- bag, chestnut, and radish. I own a pair of long shearling style around 12 years old that still look new. Uggs are wide and I need that. Note to Ugg, please never go narrow width like Birkenstock did over the years. I lovee the mini style, so versatile!
Bought these in my true size 8… usually I get 7s in ugg classic boots (only the classics) but they’re tighter and I wanted them to just fit nice for once. These are kinda weird. They feel okay but my heel slips up. Pretty annoying. I wear size 7-9 in all ugg styles. Get some consistency Jesus
