I have worn UGG Australia for decades. My first pair I bought 20 years ago that I still wear to this day. I have purchased countless pairs since then, as well as bedding, clothing and more. This brand is unmatched in totality. I've never experienced such quality and durability in shoes as well as all their products. It really is incredible. I have a King size comforter and matching set of pillows that I use EVERY DAY. My favorite thing.

I have only had the opportunity to wear them twice now. They are really comfortable and warm. I decided to purchase them for a couple of reasons, one of them was to wear between seasons as in between fall and winter, and early spring as I found it is to hot for traditional winter boots and too cold for shoes. I live in the east part of Canada 🇨🇦 and it can get really cold and damp here. The other reason was to wear inside at work. I work at an elementary school and our only ventilation system is opening windows when it is -25 celsius in the winter. Due to Covid, we have to open the windows often and my feet get really cold. These will really do the trick. The boots themselves were great. The packaging, not so much. They came in a dilapidated box with a huge orange florescent "Floor Sample" sticker on it which made them embarrassing to gift. They were going to my mom for her birthday and I had to sheepishly explain that they were, in fact, brand new. And it's not like these shoes are cheap, but the box definitely cheapened them. Thankfully she loved the boots so the box didn't matter, but still.
I was given a floor display shoe without being notified from store. The shoe was faded in color in comparison and obviously worn. I wrote an email about my disappointment and was told I had to pay for shipping in order to get a refund. I found this to be unfair and asked for a percentage off instead as I feel to pay for shipping twice on a shoe that was on sale for 120$ is a waste of money I’m spending a total of 20-30$ on shipping. It doesn’t make sense. I paid for a new shoe not a worn shoe and shouldn’t be held responsible for that. I had no response to my second email as far as asking for a percentage off and it was an all around bad experience. I will never buy shoes from this company again. I normally wear between 7.5-8 in some shoes/sneakers. Bought these a size 6 which fit perfect! My foot is narrow at the ankle and a bit wider in the foot bed but still narrow foot. This size fits snug but not uncomfortable at all. These are my first pair of uggs so I cannot compare with previous ones, however, I do find them extremely comfortable, warm and classy!!! Warmest and most comfortable boot I’ve ever wore, honestly speaking. I have not wore these in the rain as I have rain boots and don’t plan on wearing when there’s black ice due to other reviews I’ve read and the sole doesn’t look like it’s slip resistant. But I still live these and will wear during the cold months ahead of us!
I have owned 4 other pairs of UGGS. these are NOT the quality of the others that I have. Lining is not as thick. Not nearly as warm. Who bought out UGGS?? These are very disappointing. Funny ! Higher prices than years ago but the quality is not there. I have worn UGGS for years but I will never waist money on them again
I have the first pair of men's UGG CLASSIC SHORT in chestnut from the 1990's with the zig zag soles. The soles have very little wear to them. Every so often I actually put them in the washer on cold, add fabric softener inside each boot, to the water and in the fabric softener dispenser. I brush them in the same direction when they are done washing and hand them in the bathroom to air dry. Then I rewaterproof them. They are still warm and fluffy and keep my bare feet dry. I did buy the UGG classic short ii boots but they aren't the same for warmth and my bare feet sweat so bad. The wicking process only takes place with the real sheep skin ! This new blend stuff isn't worth the money. I've been buying Uggs for many many years. I received a pair of classic black II for Christmas, they're no where near the same quality as my previous pairs. Really disappointed- the fur isn't the same; there's hardly any fur inside. You don't get that squashed foot cushioning that we all know before they're worn inThey feel cheaply made and the soles are much thinner, almost feel hollow. I rely on Uggs to keep my feet warm at work during the winter and these are not up to the job. Pls Ugg return to your trusted quality or at least change your price to reflect the down graded product.
I buy new UGGs yearly. Specifically, the Short boot. I just purchased the chocolate. The interior wool is completely different - it feels like a knockoff. The size 8, which I am and always have been, is large.. where my feet lift up as I walk. The boots as a whole don’t seem firm but yet rather flimsy. Without a doubt I would have said these are knock offs but from Bloomingdale’s.. I don’t think so? I’m taking them to UGG today to compare a size 8 chocolate from UGG directly compared to what Bloomingdale’s sent me. I’m totally bummed.The color is beautiful… that’s really the only positive thing I have to say about these…
