BUYERS BEWARE-I bought these Ugg Ultra Minis in Chestnut from StockX at a crazy price because they were sold out everywhere else online. I gave them to my daughter for Christmas and she loves them. It wasn't until she wore them to school that she realized they are not Chestnut color. I do believe they are real Uggs however, I could have bought them for regular price in many similar colors. I specifically wanted Chestnut. I contacted customer service to explain so this wouldn’t happen to anyone else. They refuse to help me unless I can send a photo of the box and tag from the boots which my daughter threw away after wearing them the first time. Here is a photo. It is unfortunate and even more frustrating that no one is listening to my concern or taking any action about it. I will not be ordering from or recommending StockX in the future.

Cute & Cozy

Now that I got the right size I am really loving how cute these are on & cozy they are to where. We've had a lot of rain here in Cali & it's been colder than usual as a result & these are perfect for those types of days. I actually took my dogs for a walk in them & they were great! Only small negative is the opening is kinda tight when putting them on, so I have to use a shoe horn most of the time. But once they are on - they're perfect. I did have to size down a 1/2 of size cuz they do run a tad big in the toe bed area. I got the blue violet, which is a beautiful fun color. Only thing is I'm having trouble finding clothes that color to wear with these. Thank Gawd for Black! ;)

Heels slip

Why is nobody mentioning the heel slip? With socks, without socks.. my heels slip up and down. I am a size 10. I tried a size 9 but my toe was touching the tip and it was uncomfortable. Even with the 9, they still slipped around. The ultra is too wide compared to the mini. The mini in 10 is perfect. Doesn't look as bulky. No heel slippage. Disappointing because the olive and chestnut are gorgeous staple colors. I say it's true to size but it's just too wide throughout sand my feet won't stay inside the boot. Getting them on was perfect. No struggles like other reviewers mentioned. I don't have narrow feet either.

LOVE!!!!!!

I bought a pair for my daughter and a pair for me. I am a true size 8 in every shoe. I got an 8 and they fit perfectly. For me the were super easy to put on. All my other Ugg's are a struggle to get on, this is one reason I bought these for ease of getting on. They are super comfortable and not overbearing like the mid calf or full calf ugg's. Step above an ugg slipper. I did compare the Big Kid's version to the adult version for sizing (big kids size 6 is equivalent to women's 8). The big kid's was slightly wider and looser and the look was slightly different. The Big Kid's version wasn't as streamlined and the sole was thinner and had a slightly bigger lip in the back of the heel. The front of the shoe looked wider and sloppier in my opinion. Missed having Uggs!

I haven't purchased Uggs since high school (nearly 20 years ago, HAHA), and went for it again! Still the same wonderful feeling when you step into them. I prefer them with no socks to get that cushy feeling on your feet. I'm generally a size 9.5 or 10, and I went with a 9 because these will break in over time. They still fit great right out of the box. The short style looks really cute with leggings and athleisurewear if you're running errands or going to and from the gym. The chestnut color is still the best!! Get them!

Not for Narrow Feet

I normally wear a size 10, sometimes a 10.5 or 11 depending on the shoe. I own a pair of UGG boots that I bought in 2010 that are a size 9. They fit great without socks.I have wanted pair of UGGs with a shorter shaft for years, but no matter what size I buy, they always slip on my heel. I have tried 8, 9, and 10 in several short styles, including this one. My toes are squished, yet the heel still slips. I have tried with and without socks.I don't know if I'm alone in this issue, but I have come to the conclusion that the heel is just too wide. Product Review

The shoes are great, anyone who has owned Uggs know that they are seriously amazing if you are out in the cold/ even just running errands! They're like a socially acceptable slipper.HOWEVER, Dillard's advertising these as 'water resistant' is absolutely false. I wore them one time in light rain and they are completely destroyed. :( Be aware that if you are thinking of wearing them where it is actually cold/rainy (as uggs are intended... LOL) that they will probably look terrible and worn afterwards. :( So disappointed.Size down .5 if you're in between! I am 8.5 and got 8. Perfect fit.

So Comfy. So Cute. True to Size.

I have had the same pair of Mini Uggs for probably 10 years and decided it was time for an upgrade, so I got the Ultra Minis in Driftwood. I’m a size 8.5-9 in all other shoes but wear an 8 in Uggs. I was on the fence about sizing after reading reviews but got my usual size 8 & they are perfect.The driftwood color is a very neutral, cool tone beige that seems with go with nearly everything. Also feel the driftwood is bit more chic and updated than the chestnut which is my go-to.Quality is great as always . Fur inside is super warm and cozy. Cant wait to get a lot of wear out of these!!

So comfortable and beautiful

Lovely boots and very eye catching. Feel like you’re walking on pillows. They don’t quite have the support for walking long distances but they’re great otherwise. I would say, as others have, if you’re between sizes (I’m a 5 and a half wide feet) to size down as I think the 5 would have fit me better. I had to get the 6 as the 5 was out of stock. I really loved the boots and I couldn’t find them anywhere else in stock, so I stuck with the 6 which is ok, but a bit too roomy. I don’t have any problems getting the boots on, I just use the tab at the back and I get them straight on, but I don’t know if I would have found it more difficult with the 5.

Winter Staple

I finally got my hands on the Ugg Ultra Mini, while I was attempting to get the colors Chestnut or Burnt Cedar, black is a great option and goes with 90% of my wardrobe. I used the shoe fabric protector spray and it really works on protecting the suede, I will say if you are looking to purchasing darker or fun colors be cautious that the dye will stain your feet/socks for the first few wears. I purchased a 10 and was a little nervous since I have a slightly wider foot and typically need to size up, I’d say keep to your normal size; or size up ic you’re in between whole sizes. People forget as you wear wool lined Uggs the fur begins to almost matt down and the suede expands thus giving more room later on.
