Great boots at a great price. There was a problem with the item but the customer service guy Rolly was excellent and dealt with frustrations very professionally A+
Sizing hard to translate to US sneaker size so ordered incorrect size. 2 star for that but Return process was really easy and straight forward so 3 star for that! Only exception was the cost to return but understandable.
I bought these for my husband who said he would never wear ugg boots. But after 52 years he's a convert. He loves them. Especially putting them on after a surf. He said he warms up straight away. I bought a second pair cos I love him.
Only grumble is sizing... Why is every piece of footwear a different size for the same numerical indicator. I deliberately bought a size bigger and they are still tight - even after "wearing in". Your size chart didn't help at all.

Excellent condition, genuine leather uggs. Really impressed with the quality and at such a great price. Will definitely use catch of the day again. I did have some issues with receiving updates regarding my order but the help desk were incredibly helpful.
