They were super cute, but, sadly, I had to return them. I have purchased at least 10 pairs of Ugg boots over the last few years and have never been disappointed until I bought these. For starters, they run BIG. All of my Uggs are a women's size 8 and fit perfectly. Next, they feel different. The lining feels different from my other Uggs and the suede was stiff. It's as if Ugg was making a cheaper version of their boots to sell at Macy's.

Some people sleep walk, apparently I sleep shop. My 16 year old daughter asked for these as a Christmas gift, and in a sleep shopping fit, I somehow managed to order a men’s shoe instead. Although they didn’t carry them in store, I was able to return them and the associate ordered the correct ones for me. They arrived quickly and appear to be just as pictured. I’m not sure of the sizing because she hasn’t tried them on, but I have no doubt it’ll be a great fit

I had never seen these in person so I was a little nervous about buying but I loooved them!! They turn a regular sweats and sweater outfit to fashion statement. I get compliments every time I wear them. And because my heel is on the wider side it helps that they have laces for an easier slide into the shoe. Can’t stop wearing them. Especially with this cold weather. I wish they had more colors for the platform neumels. Definitely recommend these tho! 😍

Purchased these last year in a slightly different shade of grey and have worn them constantly.My grandaughter has always admired them hence ordered them as the perfect Xmas prezzie ( she is already wearing them )So comfortable but still fashionable - I am over 60 and she is 13 so suits all ages.A little tip, I have sprayed them with a waterproofing spray designed for sheepskin on arrival and again this year and my 1 year old boots even walking out on many rainy days(I live in Wales-say no more !!) are as good as new.Highly recommend 5*****
I purchased these in the purple and l absolutely love the color! I really only bought them because l was in love with the color. You can dress down the boot or even business casual. Disappointed that this purple is hard to find clothes that match this color. I figured this was a color for the season and thought l could find plenty of clothing. NOT, lol! The shoe does run big and they are wide. I bought a 9, l really could have bought the 8 and still would’ve had some room.

The toe box is very rounded, and quite "roomy".Even with Winter socks, there was way too much space at the toe.Returned and ordered a size 6, and these were a perfect fit...still enough room for comfort, even with Winter socks.As a side note: the Burnt Olive is a bit different from the photos- actually more of a (subdued) "Shamrock Green" color,without the Khaki/brownish tones in the photos. My High School daughter asked for these boots. I was not thrilled with the look but wanted her to be happy (a fight now worth fighting). I purchased them for her and she loved them. A few weeks go by and I found myself at an event with no warm shoes. She was not wearing them so I decided to try them and will now wear them when I can. They are warm, comfortable and not as bad looking (for a 49 yo mom) with the right jeans/outfits.
I usually wear a 9 or 8 1/2 in shoes and originally ordered these in a 9, way too big. The 8 fit much better, a little snug but all my other UGG boots are an 8 and they fit great. I'm sure these shoes will give a little upon wearing. Super warm and comfy. Very happy with them. I gave them a 4 because I wish they were shearling like the original UGGS but I guess I'm living in the past. I still have my original pair!
I’ve seen these for some time now and wasn’t sure they were for me. I decided to order them when I saw the olive color. I ordered my regular Ugg size 7. They are a perfect fit. It almost feels like they were made for my feet. I wore them all day today and my feet were warm and comfortable. Definitely happy about my decision to purchase these for myself for my birthday.
As suggested, because the shoe runs large and wide, I ordered an 8 since my regular shoe size is 8-12W. However, the shoe was too tight and my toes practically reached the end. I really wanted to keep this shoe, BUT I have bunions and I really do need a wider width and they only come in a medium width. Sadly I must return them. I also think if I exchanged for the 9, they would still be too tight.
