I purchased this item from Amazon and after about 3 months 2 of the ports quit working. I reached out to Ugreen and was aske to send a copy of my invoce, I did. Then they aske me to send a video showing the ports not working, I did. Then they tell me sorry that we're unable to send you the replacement for the defective item. Keep in mind this item has a 2 year warranty. They said that I could apply for a refund, however I am past the refund period.In looking at other reviews on amazon I see that may people are having issues with the ports going bad on this charger.I have purchased may items from ugreen over the years but after this experience I will no longer be doing business with a company that misrepresents their policies. I would recommend that you do the same.

I got this charger on a sale. Originally I wanted a lower powered one, but the price was so close, I thought I‘ll try this one.Since I got it, I am quite pleased with the feature set. The high power output across all ports is very convenient. I can charge every USB-C device quickly with a comparatively small device (it is quite hefty still). It also supports PD 3.1 which is rated for higher power output than 3.0, but this charger is limited to 140W max on the top port. It stays at 140 though, no matter the number of devices connected. Also, the charger comes with a 1m 240W charging cable incl, so that is nice!If you can get it discounted, I recommend it. It is a power house in a (still) convenient size, and up to modern specs.

Product Quality:as expected from Ugreen. Build quality is excellent. But will overheating will happen if you use this in full 300w capacity for long time & it will limit its power output to cool down. Anyways every charger works like that under full load.Value For Money:not much. But no competition either as this is the only 300w option . Thise is with the normal selling price. If you can get it with some discounts then it’s great value for money.Best Feature(s):PPS & PD3.1 working as expected . But in lower wattages the efficiency is low. But if it’s above 140w then the efficiency is good & energy loss is acceptable .Got it with the 11.11 deals and for that price it’s very good.
