So far this meets my needs. I use it to take gym clothes and toiletries so I can go to the gym after work. The backpack feature makes it easy to carry from my car in the garage to my office including a couple of flights of stairs in the garage and my office. Four shortfalls: could use another mesh pack that closes in the interior; the pockets on the top/bottom ends are not rigid enough (makes them hard to zip) and the zippers could be more heavy duty and the zipper on the main compartment should be two zippers like on most luggage. I don’t need to carry towels but if you did you might want a larger size (I can fit one regular size bath towel with my stuff but 2 is a problem)

I love this bag and I use it everyday. I work in a gym and I carry all my gym gear and my clothing. Fantastic wet area storage compartment that keeps the rest of your clothes dry. Colorful and unique so that many other people won’t have the same bag also. Sturdy and lightweight and I like that it doubles as a backpack & over the shoulder bag.

the 18.5 width listed is not correct. i measured and it is 12 inches wide. the other measuremnts fall short about an inch or 2I had to return the bag due to the incorrectly listed measurements.

used this as my carry on for airplane travel. It fit great, holds a lot and great quality. The backpack straps are very handy and well padded.
I love this bag, I use it more like a backpack than duffle bag and love it that way. The extra pockets top and bottom and the handle up top.
I love the Under Armour gear. This bag has been a great addition to my collection. I use it to pack my work clothes for my morning workout. I have more than one and would buy another if I could justify it.
I love this backpack. My only gripe is that backpack straps don't feel secure enough, there is a piece of strap they hang by instead of directly to the backpack which when worn while heavily packed feels flimsy to me (for airport carryon). The straps themselves are not padded enough or wide enough and don't feel the most comfortable. If packed light for the gym or whatever I can see these things not being an issue. More colors would be nice.
The opening to the bag is this odd long zipper arrangement, that requires going three quarters around the bag to get it open. And at the same time, you all decided to put ALL the straps on the same side. So getting into this bag with anything larger than a grapefruit is difficult. Most duffle / backpacks put the backpack straps on the other side to keep things from being cluttered. I would add that the backpack straps are very cheap and nearly unpadded. As an aside, the shipping for this item was impossible, where the shipper that UA decided to use was confused how to deliver to a single family residence with a front door open to the street. I am glad this is not my first UA purchase or it would be my last.
The dimensions of this bag are at best 11 x 11 x 22 inches. Please correct your website so other customers can benefit from my feedback.
