Quality materials and stitching— UA does very well with their running gear and these shorts demonstrate that well. I do wish the speed pocket in their other shorts can be incorporated in these lighter shorts. The UA speed pocket (more a secure pocket) is a great idea for holding a phone (11pro with apple leatherette cover just fits). These shorts don’t have them, and really should.

I'm pleased enough with the shorts, but the "phone" pocket is not adequate for running. It's only wide enough to put a phone in vertically, and only deep enough for it to fit about half-way in the pocket. In my experience I can put my phone in them just walking around, but it does not feel secure at all while running. I'll keep them, but will have to wear compression shorts under them to hold my phone on a run. I'd rate higher if I just was going for a pair of running shorts, but the description prominently featuring a pocket designed specifically for a phone left me disappointed.

I bought it online and it took around 5 days to deliver from US to HongKong. Very fast!!Quality is quite good. The fabric is comfortable with elastic. The length is just fit for jogging. I've washed it twice and it still looks like new.
Very comfy, nice fit.Just one small pocket but it's fine for a key or parkrun barcode. The pocket doesn't have a zip but it still feels secure. The opening of the pocket is within the elasticated waistband, when you wear the shorts the elastic stretches and that tension keeps the pocket closed.They're my new favourite pair of shorts and I've ordered another pair.
My only issue was with the sizing - these are huge in comparison to my older pair of the same size. I've ordered another pair one size down.The shorts themselves are fantastic; light as a feather, durable and not sensitive to the washing machine or dryer.
I’ve purchased several pairs of these over the past 4-5 years and put tons of mileage on them, and they’ve really held up amazingly well. Quality is great, no discoloration, nice design and materials. Only problem? UA has limited production, only one short in black is available now whereas previously they offered orange, blue, red, gray and more (I have them all). The elastic in the waste of mine is breaking down, I guess I’ll have to look elsewhere for replacements unless UA has something on the horizon? UA?
Have to leave these shorts riding low on the hips or they ride up your crack. Waist band comes up all twisted when you’re already sweaty and you have to drop your shorts. I wear 30x30 jeans. Medium should fit just fine, but these don’t
Have 2 pair and they are great for warm weather running , paddle boarding or a dip in the lake. The right length ( hard to find )for those of us with shorter legs and being a teen of the 70s&80s. UA please bring out another colour besides black and I'll buy them !
I was looking for a very short pair of shorts in order to get a higher tan on my legs, believe it or not, and yet wanted to be comfortable and presentable. They more than met my expectations, thank you. I was anticipating a larger pocket for a cell phone - never without it - however it would not deter me from ordering another pair if desired.
