These trainers have a feature I notice with a lot of trainers now where the entrance is fixed and cannot open more. I literally couldnt get my feet into them and neither could my BF who has smaller feet than me! They would also be so uncomfortable to wear as the entrance part is rigid.

I bought this pair shoes pretty much for going to the GYM. I then started to use it and suddenly began to feel pain in the 1st metatarsal bone in both feet. I never felt this pain before, so it must be because of the shoes. I'm very unhappy with it and I don't recommend these shoes. They are not confortable. These trainers have a feature I notice with a lot of trainers now where the entrance is fixed and cannot open more. I literally couldnt get my feet into them and neither could my BF who has smaller feet than me! They would also be so uncomfortable to wear as the entrance part is rigid.
My son tried these on in another color in the store and then we got a great deal ordering the black ones online. They arrived on time and are just as comfortable to him as the ones he tried on. They seem to be made well and he likes them.
I love these shoes. I think in general people have a misconception about shoes. At least a lot of people I know, buy running shoes yet don’t run and expect the shoes to be a super comfortable daily driver for walking around Walmart. That’s not the case. Running shoes are specifically designed for running and have impact zones for foot, toe and arch. Generally speaking, running shoes should not be that comfortable for short walks to the mailbox yet oddly comfortable for, well, running as they provide the stiff support in the places a runners foot needs.
Early impression: a good shoe for the price point. True to size; firm sole; decent arch support. Upper is well structured.However, I have a massive grievance with the colour. I purchased a 'grey' pair (thinking they would be a dark charcoal). I would argue that they are an overwhelmingly light blue shoe when worn outdoors. It's just weird.
I bought these shoes for my 14 year old son because in the picture they look like slip-ons. He has Autism and can't tie his shoes. The tongue of this shoe is not separate, the shoe is all one piece, making it extremely difficult to put on. It takes both of us to get these shoes on him in the morning. I just ended up removing the laces because they are so tight on his feet.
Although designed for a wide foot once fitted, the opening is rather narrow and I need to shoe horn them on. I have a fairly high arch, so wont be a problem for everyone. The laces are largely cosmetic since the shoe holds itself in place (the tongue is actually more of a gusset joined to the shoe at the sides under the eyelets). Once on they are comfortable. Robust heel and sole, more of a walking shoe than a running shoe. Suitable for every day casual wear. Overall, happy with them but not ecstatic given the issue putting them on.
I've got foot issues (structure collapse) from 21years of diabetes Melitis. Constant grinding and pain, these shoes (using the measurement practice for best fit) hug and support my feet so well that I don't feel pain even when I'm stuck wearing work boots.Best shoes I've owned by a long shot.
