We were looking for an easier to use baby monitor and we found it with this great little unit. Having the app on your mobile phone makes it super easy to access from our phones instead of having to carry around a separate unit. Remote access also allows parents who are away to sit in on story time.Deducting one star purely because the unit has to be plugged in (would be wonderful if you could charge it and move it around easier). I would also like to be able to manage the volume level of the lullaby (have yet to find a solution to this).

I love this monitor & all its features.It should be noted that the monitor is not supported by 5g wifi connection, on 2.4g.I called Uniden tech support & they mentioned that usually there’s 2 selections of wifi if there’s a router. This is true! And so I was able to get mine going.Love that it streams to my phone, price is very reasonable (through Bing Lee) for this product. Pics of stream quality to my smart phone.

Picture very clear both lights on and at night.Mic is clear, picks up noises well.Iphone app works well and runs on IPAD also.The only drawback I would say of using this webcam style baby monitor is you can only hear audio and video stream in real time when the app is running on the device. Ie if you go to another app, you wont be able to hear baby noises/screaming. (although you will get banner notification) of audio/movement detected. So be be safe, you really need to have a smartphone/ Tablet dedicated to running the app. Can have multiple devices connected though which is great.

This is a great monitor for remote access. The major downside is the app. Just check out the reviews on the Google play store. Video drops out all the time, freezes etc. So I can't comfortably sleep in my own room out of fear the camera will drop out while I sleep and I won't hear my baby cry until she is hysterical. So now I sleep in the spare room next to the baby. We are buying a new monitor
Overall I'm happy with the quality. The only problem is the movement notification. The app doesn't send movement notification right-away, it's lagging, by a lot. because of that we can't rely on the notification and we have it on our phone watching all the time. but the camera control is really good, picture quality is fabulous.
Such a great, clear view from this camera. Lots of terrific features including being able to adjust the camera direction, log in from anywhere etc. The one thing that lets it down substantially is the lack of volume control. I had assumed that a product of this caliber would've had this feature as you cannot be expected to watch the screen all the time. Mine only gives a minimal volume on the sound, not enough to hear a child waking. That's disappointing.

The app allows you to connect multiple cameras and alerts you when it recognises the camera is picking up movement.I'm not sure how easy this would be to wall mount. It comes with a little plastic piece that you put on the wall and then have to match the camera base up to it. It seemed a bit fiddly. The fisheye lens is terrific and we can see the whole room by placing the camera on a dresser in the corner.
I bought this camera to be able to keep an eye on my small dog as she had cruciet ligament surgery just before Christmas. The camera is simple to operate using any of my Apple products and the quality of the vision is very clear. I am very happy with my purchase.
works very well. now I can just close the door of my boy’s room while he’s sleeping and do my job peace of mind. should’ve bought this earlier. no problem with signal at all for me, clear night vision, and I can just use my phone to get alarm and check how he’s doing. thumbs up. just one downside is that it could be difficult to find a good place for getting an angle.
