Other than the camera quality (which is pretty good) this is a pretty poor product. The Google integration doesn't work, their support can't fix it (only suggest there are too many devices on the wifi..... or its a bandwidth problem, which it isn't). Recording triggers and AI features don't work, no firmware updates for over a year, only way to view video is via Internet Explorer or their buggy Android app. Have to reboot every now and then as it just stops working. Would not recommend this until they fix (most of these issues are likely resolvable via proper firmware update).

Like other Uniden products that I have purchased over the years, I believe this product will last well into the future. There is one area that I don't like at all. That is the need to drill very large holes in my house to feed the rediculously large plugs, from or too the cameras, into the ceiling and walls to arive at the central unit. surely a better system can be provided, where the fittings can be attached after routing of the cables?

Very happy with the product, easy to set up and no big issues yet. Only annoying things are the fact that it has a red motion sensor light that flashes on the face of the camera, it does draw attention to the camera which is not ideal if you want them to be discreet, not sure if there’s a way to turn them off. Second annoying thing is the cable ends are quite bills meaning you cannot run two cables through a standard 20mm conduit, you need the bigger 25mm conduit with inspection ports on any of the right angles in order to feed the cables through. No necessarily an issue, just trying to save you a return trip to the hardware store. Overall a good system, the AI features are easy to set up. Note, it does not come with an inbuilt Wifi capability, that is not clear on ... MoreVery happy with the product, easy to set up and no big issues yet.
