I bought this filter with a particular location in mind & then lockdown happened and this location is notttttt local to me, so I haven't gone there!!!! However I did test it out on a small lake & for a sunrise over a river that are near me. And even though I didn't have the time or set up I would have wanted, it was super easy to use, learn, adapt & was really pleased with the photos I achieved :)

I wanted a good ND filters and having used Urth UV filters before decided to try this one. Superb quality, slick threads and of course the superb filter tin. Used a variable ND (from another manufacturer) previously and was disappointed with weird light / dark patches across sensor. This is superb, perfect colour balance across entire thing, easy to use. Will definitely be getting more to fit other lenses

This filter had a decent affordable price tag and came with a nice round metal protective case. Filter itself does the job and does what its supposed to do. Giving it 3 stars because I believe the metal rim could be just a bit thicker. The rim is very thin and makes it difficult to screw onto your lens. { your fingertips hit the lens at the same time your trying to screw it on which make it tricky}
Very easy to use on a mirrorless camera in manual mode. 25-30 second exposures resulted in some great photos on beaches in North Norfolk. Much easier to use than my other Big Stopper from a major filter company. Colour neutral and great price.
I bought this filter to compliment my recent purchase of the Gobe variable ND filter. It too is a fantastic and quality product. No colour cast either. I am at the start of my photography journey and this ND filter helps me achieve quality images that I never thought I would possibly be able to produce!
It does what I need it to do, and I appreciated the sleek protective case. It's nice to have access to products that give back to the environment too. With the 10 stops of darkness I was easily able to take a long exposure in the middle of the day.
I haven't owned this filter long and can't get out to experiment with it due to lockdown here in Australia. No beach or lake photography so I've been doing some yard photography and seeing what happens. It's a great filter and I think it might start me on a filter addiction!
Arrived quickly and the tin they are presented in is a nice touch. Very slim profile screw on filter, feels light but superb finish on the filter & thread. I have these in multiple size ti fit all my lenses, great for long exposure shots
