Awesome filter, does what is supposed to do, no color cast and no change in the image quality, easy to install and to remove. Bought also the CPL Plus+ and the other 2 Variable NDs (2-32 and 64-1000). Thinking of getting some UVs and maybe an infrared one. Very happy with the purchases!

Living in Portugal, using this outside has become a necessity and brings a whole new cinematic feeling to the footage I shoot. I love the smooth adjustable fstop ring too.
This is my 3rd Urth filter purchase. I was pleased to discover a few improvements have been made since my last VND purchase, and I was really happy with the last ones! Most notably a hard stop on the rotation so you can't accidentally go past the min or max setting.It might just be the different brand lens I'm using it on (Sigma vs Sony) but it seems the lens cap fits a lot better to this new filter compared to my other ones.Super smooth rotation, just plain easy to use. 10 thumbs up!!
Purchased this ND filter as I have began dabbling in video work and it's helpful to maintain the settings I want shooting outside. Filter is very high quality and doesn't affect the image at all, The build quality is great and the hard stop and either end is a great feature. I would like to see the turnable part of the filter a bit smaller as I cant put on and off the lens cap when I am using it but Its also handy being bigger so you can turn it more easily so I cant complain!
I bought this filter and it's pure magic ! Glass quality is insane, build is perfection. Well, it's the perfect filter for me. High quality glass for high quality image. Honestly, I'm going to buy it again for my other lens without a doubt ! URTH, you rock !
Mostly happy with this filter. I deliberately waited 6 months for this newer model of filter that is double-threaded so I could stack with other filters if I wanted. However I have noticed some vignetting if I stack on top of my CPL filter and some comedy colour distortion if I stack them the other way round! So that is a little disappointing, but I am new to the world of photography so no idea if this is to be expected.
This product does exactly what it says on the description. Variable ND filter, which allowed me to achieve the effect I wanted with very little fuss. I bought the 2Peak version of this, due to the recommendation that the 1Peak version won't work as well on telephoto lenses. I've had no issues with this on my telephoto (though I never tried the single peak, so I can't confirm that it does cause problems). It's a nice, solid piece of kit with excellent smooth rotation.
Very pleased for what I got at this price! I like the fact that there are different peaks at different prices. I opted to go with the Plus+ version because of the coatings and I thought the shorter stop range would produce better results overall. Kudos for planting trees and for the packaging design!
