Having access to the internet full time whilst overseas was fantastic. However, the issues I had getting started and not being able to make the important calls I needed to make was not. I was promised a start-up text/message at 8am on the day of arrival at HNL - I did not get it and was therefore unable to communicate effectively with my chauffeur. When I finally figured out that I was connected much later in the evening I found I was unable to make calls to my travel mates. I had the esim for a week and only had effective use for 5 days. I would try another option next time.
Recently went to USA form Australia and used 3 x E-Sims worked perfectly and easy to setup. Thanks for this great product
Amazing way to connect when travelling overseas. Worked really well great phone and internet coverage in Hawaii. No need for a sim. I certainly recommend this ESim and company. Kept me informed every step of the way and when I landed in Hawaii I had a message when I turned my phone on that it was active. Also it was much cheaper than using my aussie mobile.
I somehow managed to install my esim wrong. Emailed the gang and within a couple of hours they had me sorted and connected. Greatly appreciate it. And so far it's all been running smoothly 👍
It was easy and worked without any issuesI recommend it.
3 of our party used these eSims in the US and it could not have been easier. We activated all 3 while on the bus to the hire car depot. Cost us 1/2 of what 1 in the party paid for their International Roaming access.
The team were really helpful , had a few hiccups on arrival but we’re all resolved within 24 hours of landing in the US. The team were awesome and really quick to respond. Turns out the issues were all mine. Worked flawlessly and was really well priced!!
