I have tried only the Chocolate, and it has a good flavour. Not artificial. I can never stomach artificial flavours and sweetener aftertaste. I like the smoothness of the texture of the Bluelab Whey. I've tried previous pea protein shakes and the grittiness gets to me...After seeing the reviews, I ordered Birthday Cake, and can't wait to try it. I will be trying to bake cupcakes with this as well for my kids (hence the birthday cake flavour with sprinkles).A healthy treat, with an extra protein boost without them realizing.

I love the blue lab protein. Not gritty and no nasty aftertaste. I usually mix it into yogurt over some crushed bran. Literally dessert for breakfast. My favourites are choc mint, dark chocolate and mochaccino (tastes like a delicious iced coffee!). The high protein content makes it easy to reach my protein goal for the day. Thank you for making protein delicious

Gives you enormously powerful sharts. I am pretty sure there was increased seismic activity recorded miles away from where I released the sharts, honestly this stuff is insane! Each gas feels like it comes from deep within and tears off a piece of your soul on its way out as it leaves your body. On top of top of that it has a consistency of a not well mixed cement where most of it gets stuck to the container and in comes out the same as it came in even without disturbing your sleep, so be ready for a surprise when you wake up . Drinking this feels like you got drunk on a beach and decided to eat wet sand. As much as I am always up for new experiences in life , I don't think this one hit the spot. I won't be buying again. Going back to the gym after lockdown i wanted some good quality whey and decided to purchased the Vanilla flavour after receiving a few tubs as a gift the year before and I liked them. I find the vanilla give a nice taste which doesn't seem to sweet or too bland. The portions are around 25g from each scoop which is great. It's easy to mix with water using any shaker and come out smooth. USN is a good reliable product and I hope it helps my journey of getting back to shape and increasing muscle mass.
I usually get the standard USN whey but it was out of stock so I got this blue lab stuff instead. Slightly cheaper but not great. The cheaper powders, this included, always have a texture like sticky dust, rather than a true powder, so if you mix it in a blender it whips up like pudding full of air, making it unpalatable and giving you gas. Not quite the abomination that is MYSUPPLEMENTSHOP's own brand (which is like sandpaper dust) but still rubbish. Won't make the same mistake again. Spend a bit more and get the standard stuff.

It was really amazing protein but as it was nearly finished I went on the search for the same one however it seems like that was discontinued (not on usn website anymore, I could only find some on ebay which I wouldn't trust lol) Long story short I thought this would be as good as the previous version or even improved one. I was wrong, looks like "blue lab" (which wasn't advertised on previous tub) made things waaay worse. I'm now stuck with 2kg tub of quite awful tasting protein. Also, texture is very thin (like water) compared to the previous one that was thick as a milkshake which I really enjoyed. I have used this protein for a few years now, and I have always been pleased with it. The price increase in the past 12 months in ridiculous, but it is what it is. However, upon making a shake using the powder from my most recent purchase, I immediately noticed that something was not right. The consistency is definitely off - I normally have to shake it up twice to get it to mix properly, and now I don t. The colour also seems to be lighter than it was before, and it has a weird after taste. I am of the opinion that the formulation of this product has been changed in some way, the weird after taste is clearly down to more sweeteners. The finished shake also seems to be thinner than what I am used to. Time to drop the price fellas
Overall the USN BlueLab is a solid option to up your protein intake. After trying out a couple of similar brands I would say it lives up to its competitors in terms of efficiency and flavour (purchased the vanilla flavour), however it does offer good value for money compared to other options. Flavour (vanilla) - Solid flavour that is nice to be mixed with other food items if required (nice with oats etc). Isn't the strongest flavour but also isn't overbearing, nice with both water and milk. Protein Content - Offering 25g of protein per serving it offers a solid option, however alternatives can offer a higher protein content per serving. Overall good option, and certainly not bad for the price

USN have basically said they are refusing to answer because they trying to convince me that its a big trade secret. WHAT A LOAD OF NONSENSE! There might only be 1gram of Isolate, 1 gram of hydrolysate and the rest just regular concentrate. By not telling people how much of isolate and hydrolysate there is in your product it just smells like a scam! I will no longer be stocking Blu Lab Whey in my gym for blatant refusal of transparency. only plus side is that it tastes good and although the vast majority of the protein content might only be concentrate, I'm banking on the fact that USN's overall quality is still good.
