Product works great, came with an adapter so it plugs into Australian outlets. No issue connecting my steam account on the device. Shipping was a bit of a muck around, but it got here in the end and thats what counts.
Fantastic was bit worried at start because it would be here 2 to days but took a week get here. When it was here I was very excited. Packaging was well wrap up there was no damage box. And zippers on case was lock plastic wire valve logo which is good sign. Very happy and comes with 1 year warranty and I recommend extended care which give you extra 3 years
Product arrived in 3 business days. Works perfectly with an Aus steam account. Original charger (US plug) comes in box with Kogan sending a separate 65w charging brick (1 usb-a port, 2 usb-c ports) in a different order that arrived two days later. No USB cords are included as the US plug is not detachable.
I've been keen to get one of these for a while. It's been nearly a year since release and Valve has greatly improved the software. Device is very well engineered, games play surprisingly well, and battery is phenominal for a x86 based device. Take a battery with you and this thing will last a long flight easily.
I was worried about buying here at first. But everything worked out perfectly. It arrived in just two days, and the product worked flawlessly. Even came with a AU charger, which is greatly appreciated. If you live in a country where The Steam Deck isn't available, Kogan is definitely a legitamite option to buy from. As for the Steam Deck, easily one of the best handhelds I've ever used. Lighter than expected despite its size, and feels well built; not like a toy. So many options for customisation inside the system, and outside with accessories. Be sure to check protondb.com for game compatibility since it uses a Linux based system. I will now be playing horror games right before I sleep rather than 5 minutes before I climb into bed.It can take a bit of time to update, but with Steam being as thorough are they are, it's to be expected.
