Synpower MST oil is recommended for my vehicle and has stood the test of time since Ive been using it in my Colorado. Regardless of which oil I use it is always at a 10k interval. Clean engines last longer.

I have been using Valvoline since the 60's. My last 3 Nissan s Navara's have been on 5w-30 C3, the last uses MST, a trip towing a 5.95m off road caravan 6,500 k's did not use a drop. Truely recommended..
