The Vango Soul 100 1-man tent features a low level tunnel design, delivering great stability. The part mesh inner door and external vents effectively control ventilation, reducing the risk of condensation. The Soul can be pitched in under 7 minutes and the Fast Pack Tent Bag also makes packing away quick and easy. A perfect tent for solo adventures in the wilderness. ProTex ShieldWhether you are a seasoned campsite camper or like to dabble in a spot of wild camping; ProTex Shield will protect you from the elements with fully taped seams and a highly waterproof fabric to keep you dry whatever the weather throws at it. PowerFlexPowerFlex fiberglass is used for many tent constructions because it is very flexible but still stable. Fiberglass rods are drilled from top to bottom, cut into segments of equal length and equipped with a metal sleeve on one side. The individual segments are connected to a rubber band, this facilitates the construction. In order to place the different lengths of poles in the right place, the poles are marked in color.

Good sized 1 man tent. It's just got enough room to sit up in (I'm 6'1'') and it's just long enough for me to sleep without having to curl my legs.Cosy, have slept in it when 12 degrees outside in a 1 season bag with a cotton bag liner and only needed tshirt and boxers. Good value tent for the price.

Loved the tent. Although I set it up in my back yard the back tent pole broke, we took the broken part out and threaded the elastic back through and it still worked and was actually easy to set up. I used the tent out on the Cape to Cape track and it was very cosy. Thanks

Compact, but so am I. Easy to put up. Yet to use in any testing situation but looks fine for a basic one (smallish) person so far. Found it reduced in price to just under £30 so great value.
Gday, this is a 5 Star Product because all the Main Components are of Exceptional Quality, whilst also packing away into a small carry case.
Absolutely ridiculous tent. Yes it's waterproof, easy to put up and compact. There's a reason for the last one...... you need to be three feet six to fit in it! I spent the first night awake and uncomfortable and the next two nights with my head outside. However I did sleep. The fourth and subsequent nights I slept in a new tent. It's a great tent for someone tiny but useless for anybody else. I'm only six feet but my whole head was outside and my feet were touching the other end. Oh, and don't even think about a blow up mattress as you're then also touching the roof! I bought it for a motorbike holiday in Europe and I'm sure a lot of people would make the same mistake and buy this. Giving it the lowest rating I can, not because of the quality, that is very good but ... MoreAbsolutely ridiculous tent. Yes it's waterproof, easy to put up and compact. The tent is easily portable and provides good, (if very confined) shelter. It is easily erected and well designed but is not, however, a comfortable option for prolonged camping stays with large amounts of luggage, only as backpacking or motorcycle touring shelter for a night or two, which is what it is designed for.
Great light weight tent for back packing /cycling. I'm 5'11 and the issue was getting in the tent ,this is only due to not being to manoeuvre much in the tent and I'd it's raining you will get wet, thus could be over come with a tarp which will double as a space to cook as well. Stood up well in rain and was enough space in the front outside for my rucksack.
A brilliant little tent for the money typical Vango quality and should last a decent amount of time. Packs up reasonably small and the weight is around 1.8kg. If you pack the fly, inner tent and poles and pegs apart you can pack down even smaller. Two pockets at the head end for bits. This tent is also warm although obviously not a 4 season tent. The reason I gave this tent 4 stars instead of 5 is as follows: 1. I'm 6ft tall and I just about fit inside length ways. Any taller forget it! 2. Light condensation on the inner fly especially at the head end but nothing where it drips inside the tent. 3. I've used this tent 4 or 5 times now and some people report the poles snapping easily. I have had no problems YET but thy do look fragile and are not designed for rough ... MoreA brilliant little tent for the money typical Vango quality and should last a decent amount of time. The pegs are the usual flimsy but heavy pegs which I swapped out for some decent lightweights. 5. If you are a claustrophophic type this tent is not for you. Get the 2 man. Just enough room for yourself a medium pack in one corner and your boots in the rather small vestibule. For the money you can't go wrong This review is based on actual use in Yorkshire!
A good lightweight budget tent, ideal starter tent for under 50, perfect for single night trips without to much equipment as it is compact.
