I bought my oldskool vans a few weeks ago online. I originally bought them in a size 6 but they were too small for me. It was my fault as I assumed they ran big. I called my local store and they were very accommodating and happy to exchange them for me.They didn’t have my actual size and I decided to get a 7. After wearing it two times I feel like I should have shipped then back and have waited to get the 6.5. They are nice shoes but they are slightly big on me. Again, my fault. These shoes are definitely true to size…lesson learned.

Always come back to these platforms, super comfy, easy to drive in and look great with all outfits. The only thing is that the white sole gets dirty quite easily and washing them with a brush or in the washing machine deteriorates them - which is expected! Wish they lasted longer but they have rubber soles and last a good while in comparison to other shoes in the market. Would not pay full price each time as they last me 6 months to a year at most, but getting them on sale is a steal :)

This is my second pair of these particular vans (have 3 other pairs…). They’re a great shoe and go with everything. Can be dressed up (as much as a trainer can) and down. They’re a very flat shoe so if you’re looking for more arch support they’re not suitable. I’ve included a picture and they’re 100% worth the money. Wore my old ones until they were falling apart!
Love theeese! I usually go with the regular old skool style so I decided to switch it up a little while still keeping that classic look, and I’m soooo glad I did cause these look BOMB. They’re super comfy, basically the same deal as reg old skools just “cooler” looking lol. I was a little worried at first about them making me look too tall but it honestly doesn’t add that much extra height, so if that’s a concern for you I couldn’t worry too much about it! They honestly look so good on. Like adds the right amount of flare while still being subtle.

These shoes have a perfect balance which helped with my stability. I felt immortal. I felt powerful. Lovely shoe. Vans has a large selection but unfortunately being size 2.5 not so much in the platform style but came across these and decided on this colour. I was not disappointed when they arrived. They are comfortable, stylish and give just alittle height. Ordering was easy and delivery was good. Alittle heads up though you do need to sign for them, cannot be left in safe place.Just wish they did more colours in my size.
Nowhere on the description does it say whether or not these shoes are in men’s or women’s sizes. I went out on a limb and ordered what I wear in a men, 5.5. The shoes I received were a women 5.5. So I then went on to order a 7 in womens, and what i received was a mens 7, a womens 8.5. The second pair also came in an unmarked, crushed box, letting me know others are returning these shoes too. No wonder these are on sale. The sizing is ALL wrong and it feels so intentional. Just disclose whether it is in men or womens sizes so its less confusing.
This is regarding the champs website sizing guidelines, not the actual shoe. It says to order 1.5 size down from your original, which is normal for Vans shoes since they are unisex. I wear 8.5 in women's and ordered a size 7 (as specified). I ended up receiving a size 7 in women's/5.5 men's. When I reached out to customer service, one agent sent a replacement for the exact same wrong size (size 7 women's). When I talked to another agent, I asked for the shoe to just be 8.5 since I knew by now that they have them in women's sizes and not men's. The agent kept telling me I should place an order for a 7.5 because if they sent me an 8.5 they would be too big and I was like what are you saying??!?!?!? Literally all my Vans shoes are W8.5/M7, just send me the right shoe!
i bought these shoes 6 months ago and i have worn them day in day out. the shoes the best quality in the store it is worth spending the extra money as the shoes will last longer. the shoes very comfortable and match with everything. compared to other shoes these shoes still look good after heavy use. the heavy use makes the shoes have a unique aged look amazing. strongly considering getting a new pair i retire my current pair
