When you want a sleek, low profile shoe, then you have to go with the authentic vans. That classic white and black looks is great with whatever style clothes you have on. Comfortable enough to walk around at an amusement park but definitely would going hiking off a trail with them. These are always my go to shoe when I think of vans shoes.

I love Van’s! I got my first pair when I was in middle school and I’ve owned so many over the years but this style is my favorite and I’ve repurchased them a few times! They’re so comfortable and versatile for casual wear. They also have a great rewards program and I’ve gotten a few gifts from them just for doing surveys and making purchases!

Im a huge fan of the model, I have 6 pairs (those pictured, also black suede light and leopard print). I have US8,5 size and they don’t visually make my feet bigger as it may happen with some sneakers. I have very thin skin and all shoes are giving me bloody blisters immediately on heel part but these shoes almost never. I love that they could be worn with literally any style - dresses, shirts, skirts, even classic blouses. If I was told to wear one type of shoes for the rest of my life - it would deffo be Vans authentic.

Awful sent wrong size!

Everyone… I read the reviews on these vans like 30 times before I ordered because every review said it’s mens sizing so I ordered my size in mens. It’s wrong. It’s not unisex. They sent me womens sizes and I reached out to asos and they pretty much said too bad. They need to be more clear on the description of what the sizing is because vans are unisex and if it doesn’t say mens or womens sizing how does anyone know what’s the correct size to get? Do better asos.

Bad product. Good delivery.

The vans shoe I received was too small. I however tried the same size on, same shoe at another store and it fits fine. Returned the small one and purchased like for like elsewhere. Defect product maybe? Not sure. But the delivery was timely.

Favorite shoes

These Vans have been mine and my kids favorite shoe for years, it’s about all the 4 of us wear. If you have wider feet this is a good shoe for you. They run a little big so I suggest sticking with your normal size and if your a half size you can probably go down to the nearest even number example 8.5 get a 8. Also the prices on Walmarts site are great. I had to send these back because I ordered a size 16 and they were too big for my son. He needed a 14 which I couldn’t find but if your a 12 and under you won’t have any problem finding a great selection of Vans.

Great find, very comfortable

I would say these are true to size, and you have the ability to fasten the laces tighter or loosen them. They are quite heavy when you pick them up but you don't notice this when you are wearing them. They have good toe protection but the back fits like a gym shoe, with less padding. Very comfortable to wear.

Mandatory style ??

My son it's been wearing this shoe style since middle school! He's a senior now and I bet ?? that he will keep wearing Vans for a long time. Such a simple clean design that goes with everything. Also they last a whole year of school wearing and tearing and more. You can wash them and they keep their shape. A must have ??

Quality downgraded

I have been buying these low top authentic trainers for years. I have unhappy painful feet and these Vans made my feet happy and comfortable. That is until I bought my most recent pair, women's size 8UK. They are too wide (have Vans turned them into unisex?) and they are basically uncomfortable and I have found out why. Compared new to old pair and found that the padding on the tongue has gone. Also every bit of padding all around top of trainer which gave comfort around ankle area has also gone. The trainer is basically one thin bit of canvas now and the padding that made the trainers so comfortable now make them look and feel like school plimsolls of old. Even the soles are different and don't have that shock absorbing quality any more. Woukd I buy again? ... MoreI have been buying these low top authentic trainers for years.
