This shoe is super cute and very comfortable! They are a little darker than I expected them to be but I like them better this way. I ordered a size 9 in men which is half a size up from what I normally wear and it fits perfectly! I wanted a little extra room and I got exactly that! It’s true to size, easy to match, and very supportive! I can’t wait to wear them!

These are my second pair of Vans and I couldn't be more happy with this purchase. I have the white/black checkered version and although I wasn't all that thrilled that the white is more of a egret color, it photographs white and not noticeable from afar. You definitely need to buy thin no show socks. They run true to size, so only size up if you like wearing thick high socks with your vans. I never needed to break them in even though I do have quite wide feet and they do not rub or give me blisters. I have worn these for an 8 hour shift where I'm on my feet all day and they were still so comfortable after taking them off. So happy with this purchase. Definitely a brand I can stand behind even though I'm not exactly their target market!

Order your true size, these run narrow and tight on your foot. I think there's another re-issue version that might run bigger but these classic ones do not. I need to exchange these for my true size now to give me more room! For the price, it's still worth the effort to get the right fit.

When I went to the store to purchase these checkered vans for my birthday the lady who worked at nordstom was so helpful she knew exactly what she was doing and was patient as I still hadn't decided if I wanted the checkered ones or the plain white ones. She also helped me find the perfect size. The shoes are also great. Great quality! I have had mine for quite a while now and they are still in great condition. I love them! What was also great is that usually when I get my vans from the vans store I don't get fit properly and they end up stretching out overtime and no longer fit correctly. I bought the checkerboard marshmallow on sale, and they are perfect. I did not read the reviews, which I’m glad because apparently, ppl are sizing down. But I found these ran TTS for me. I’m a true size 5 womens or kids size 3, and very rarely have to size up in any shoe besides in mules sometimes. My foot width is normal to narrow I’d say. These fit great and are comfortable right out the box for me. I don’t own any Vans. But when I saw this neutral color way, I had to get it. So cute and goes with everything. Highly recommend!

Always just order in your regular size and it will end up perfect. I ordered these in both the thyme green/white and bronze/white and got them on sale (woo hoo)! Purchased on here after trying to purchase on the Vans site - which had no sales going on, didn't have much stock/variety and they randomly cancelled my order two days later with no apology or compensation, they just didn't "realize" they were sold out. So luckily I found what I was looking for here. Back to the colors...the thyme green I would say is a dark grayish green, but it's a cool color. However, I didn't want to go through sending it back and gold is still kind of a neutral that I'm sure I'll wear. It just looks dark brown from far away and you have to look close or hit the right lighting for the sparkle. Overall I know I'll be happy once I break them in. Would rather purchase from here from now on than Vans.
Look great, feel stronger and more durable as expected for the extra tough slip on.Feel very comfortable, happy all around.Great for the summer and sturdy enough to hit the skate park.Just remember the checkerboard is off white and black.

I spend a lot of money on FM to be getting used shoes!!! I just received my order of pink vans just to notices they don’t have the vans tag attached and they are dirty like they have been used. I don’t know if it was a display model but both shoes are filthy!! Spent $65 bucks for some used vans!
Perfect! Exactly what she wanted! Already had a pair but I went to clean them and all the red bled out. Cold water, baking soda, dish soap (beware) so I was just replacing a pair she already had. Great price, quick shipping, A1 Service all around 👏👏👏✌️
