these shoes are horrible and do not hold up under daily wear. I do a lot of walking for my job and thought skateboarding shoes would be durable. I was wrong. The insoles Began deteriorating and wearing thin only 3 months after purchasing them and not even 6 months after buying them - the bottom part of BOTH SHOES began pulling away from the actual shoe. I had to stop wearing them .

These shoes are pretty comfy, however they're also very flat bottomed, with literally NO COMFY insole, so after a while they really start to hurt. I threw in a cheap memory foam insole and it helps but vans should really throw a better insole in these be size stock they honestly suck. Also the build quality is a bit naff too. I have loose stitching and frayed stitching everywhere. It's a cool shoe, and the puffy younger is nice but that's the only appeal here. The rest of the shoe isn't as padded. These are also true to size. But like I said DEFFO 150% t her ow a memory foam insole in these and thank me later.

I love the style of the shoe. My favorite vans were the early 2000s chunky vans. I bought these hoping they would be similar. They are the closest thing I have found but definitely not them. I love the puffy tongue but it does put a little too much pressure on the top of my left foot right away. I haven't worn them for a full day yet. Only tried them on. The insole is a very scratchy, rough material that I do not like. And the laces are terribly long. So long that I walk on them even after they are tied. They also run just a little bigger than other Vans for me. I always purchase a women's 7 and they fit perfectly. These were just a little big but I am scared to return for a 6.5 because they may be too tight. Other than that, they seem to be comfortable at first try on.

When I saw that Private Sneakers had the Knu Skool vans I was so hyped! Because the shoes are always sold out in the area I live. Ever since I received the vans I have worn them every where from work, to doing earrings. Thank you Private Sneakers for your service! Would most definitely recommend for anyone looking to buy shoes! And I will for sure be buying shoes from Private Sneakers again! Thank youuuu!
I was very excited to get these however was quickly disappointed upon arrival. The left sneaker has several visible defects such as uneven front sole, incomplete rubber, and frayed stitching. Overall the sneakers are very hard and uncomfortable but when I tried them on at the sneaker store they were soft and comfortable. My left foot is smaller than my right foot yet the left sneaker feels smaller and tighter than the right sneaker. Vans should send their irregular sneakers to an outlet instead of to their online customers. I feel duped and disappointed.
Coldest shoe I've ever worn. The soles are thin and the insoles are thin. The wraparound rubber toe doesn't help with this. I'll bet these shoes are great in the summer, but they suck the heat right out of my feet.I took my shoes off 10 minutes ago and the insoles feel like they've been in the fridge. The chunky sides take a minute to get used to, but overall I like them. The insoles are not great. After standing for a few hours they start to bunch up like loose fitting socks right in the ball of my foot. So every time I step down, it's like I'm stepping down on a wadded up sock. It causes pain after a while. The poofiness of the tongues help keep them centered, so that's nice. They seem to be pretty water resistant. I've shoveled the driveway twice in them ... MoreColdest shoe I've ever worn. The soles are thin and the insoles are thin. The wraparound rubber toe doesn't help with this. I just got my knu skool shoes but unfortunately will be returning. The shoes are super puffy as described but the extreme puffiness hurt my foot. Either they run small or the puffiness is too much for my feet. The Tongue is big and fat and it was difficult getting my foot in then the tongue was squeezing my foot. The whole shoe is like a big firm pillow. They look cute but not as comfortable as pillows sound. Its more like my feet were being squished. I gave it 3 stars for the discomfort. You may want to go a 1/2 size up.
Very pleased with these. I wear them for the gym and comfort is exceptional. Lovely stylish look as well as robust and well fitting. They are true to size, I bought size 6, which is my regular size and they fit perfectly. Will definitely recommend. Very pleased with my purchase, so I bought a pair in black as well.
Was a little hesitant to buy these because I'm not a huge fan of fat tongues but these are amazing. I sized up a half size because I like to wear thick socks sometimes. They are def more comfy than the old skool when it comes to all around feeling but I think the soles are the same. Great for the fall season since the extra cushions on the top and back sides keep you warm!
I loved these shoes. The sizing is perfect and direct, no hard time choosing my size. The only thing i could say is the laces are long and you get a lot of extra lace after lacing the shoes. I looked up online how to lace them in a way so that i wouldn't have to keep tying them over and over. I'm so in love with these shoes and will definitely get them in other colors too!
