Vans are my GO TO! I absolutely LOVE them! The level of comfort I get from wesring these is unmatched. I have so many pairs, but my all time favourite has to be the slip ons. I have worn those Slip on down so bad that it has worn out in such bad condition now but it doesn’t stop me from wearing them. They are so versatile you could pair them with everything. I also love the beige platform vans. They’re stunning super comfortable.

Vans has super cute toddler shoes!! My son has ones with blue flames, sharks, space! They fit him great and some are slip on some are Velcro! They definitely get their use out of them and hold up good!! So yes, very durable!! So many styles to choose from for adults and kids, I remember wearing vans all time! Now that I am older I tend to get shoes with more support. But for my son they are super cute and fun!!

I skate flat/curbs/flatbars. My foot is size 9, I weigh 70 kg and I am 180 cm tall. I usually prefer cupsole skateshoes but I ended up with the Vans Sk8-Hi's because of the protection over the ankle. This shoe is true to size, maybe a tad bigger than some of my 27 cm shoes. It is also not a narrow shoe like New Balances or Nikes. This shoe is great for skating, but in my opinion not the best shoe to walk on as I found some marginal heel lift even with so many laces. However these break in fast, the shoe is light for such a durable and even with a "fat" vulcanized outsole. I would prefer the pro version for skating every time. I think for my foot this shoe has not the optimal feel on the heel so I recommend that you try these at a shop if you haven't already. This ... MoreI skate flat/curbs/flatbars. Even with the pop cush insole the feel is awesome. The Hi-top model needs some getting used to but is no dealbreaker for me as that was what I wanted. They have such a good view from above and over all. For this shoe I would have preferred it to have some topping in the heels to prevent heel lift, but that is all I can complain. It has some canvas for breathability in the middle which is nice for the summer. For me, this is a rather basic skate shoe with good durability on because of suede and a thick vulcanized outsole. I recommend these for you if you already like Vans skate shoes and want to go for something extra with the Hi's.

I came in to buy a classic style I purchased forever ago that lasted me at least 4 yrs. I was in love, but I ended up losing them in a move, and was in need of some new kicks anyhow.I saw these bad boys on the website here, and I just could NOT say no.Didn't read a single review, just ran to the store right away cause I can't wait for shipping-too impatient for it lolAlthough I wear these more than the other pair I bought that day, I DID NOT THINK THEY WOULD TAKE 5MINS TO GET ON & OFF.... every. single. time!!!!I AM SO GLAD I SEEN ANOTHER COMENT SAYING THE SAME THING & I'M NOT ALONE ON THAT!The strap on the back of one of the shoes has already torn half off from me trying to get them on quickly within the first week of wearing them🫠insane..Like, when I'm ... MoreI came in to buy a classic style I purchased forever ago that lasted me at least 4 yrs. Already bought 2 extra pairs of laces since i bought these 😞 oddly enough the bottom are cleaner than the sidesI wouldn't buy them again, as I think they would last me a long time but mostly because of the issue of them taking so long to get on and off. I seen some elastic shoelaces that you could easily clean in the dishwasher or with a sponge in the sink and I think I might invest in those in the shoe cleaning kit, as I really do love these shoes I just hate that they get dirty so quickly around the bottom edges, bottom line I think they were worth it.
If you are like me and the new 'Skate Sk8' line feels to hard and not that Cush feeling vans has always had. When u click on vans find wher the ad says just 'skate' high or it could be the other way around. But u get the old skate high with no pop Cush inside wich that I would like having a pop Cush in these but the construction of the new skate highs is just to hard all over the side walls the sole the whole shoe feels hardened and Vans please remember all of the people that have stayed with you over years that your customers many like I do like your old shoe styles that u can skate OUT OF THE BOX! or OOTB. vans have been for years feel skate shoes. And ther great. I was wearing pro cabs before they changed those to skate cabs and just hard. These are cool they fit my orthotics without taking the insole out.Cause they're white, I buy a new pair of the exact same every other year. They don't seem to fall apart too quickly. They do have that thing where if you wash them they wick a yellowish pigment out of the glues or whatever, as they dry, so that's a bit annoying but it's not too bad they still look pretty good after a proper scrub. Also I use elastic as laces and surprisingly it still works even with the high top.You just need to play around to get the right tightness.
This is my second time buying Sk8-Hi. I bought my first pair in early summer after searching online for a white high top sneaker. I liked the design right away and read other reviews about sizing. Here's what you need to know:Do they fit true to size? Yes. I bought an 11, and normally wear an 11 in other tennis shoes. When you first put them on, they MAY feel slightly tight. Don't worry about it. These shoes will stretch. It's a comfortable, all day fit, and after 3 months, I liked them so much that I bought another pair in black. The black pair arrived timely and fit like a charm. Not a snug fit and true to size. So, listen, don't size up or down, order in the size you normally wear and you won't regret it! I'm a VAN shoe wearer for life.
I've been wearing Vans since I was little in the late 60's. I grew up in Orange County, CA and started with original Vans classic deck shoes and moved on to customs in grade school. I got my first pair of Old Skool high tops in 8th grade (blue and white) and was the only girl I knew, who wore "guys skate shoes". Many trips around the sun later and EVERY girl/woman from grade school to adult age, these days are sporting Old Skools. However, this pair kicks it up a notch. I love the one-tone light camel/tan leather body (even though this pic shows a white "jazz", which is the line on the side and mine are all one color). They are cool, modern, and very stylish - almost have a designer feel for the office or dressier options. Anyway . . . have had a ton of compliments ... MoreI've been wearing Vans since I was little in the late 60's. The best thing - I got them on sale for under $50 online!
The fact that it's wide is genuinely the only selling point I can see for it. It's good enough and I got it only because it was 29 euros, if it was any more I don't think I would have gotten it especially since it's canvas so it's gonna get real dirty. Very grippy though and pretty breathable. I reccommend it when it's on sale, definitely not worth full price point
