I love these Van's, but when I ordered them, I ordered 2 pair of Van's one for my friend girl and these red ones for me. Her shoes were stained and we had to send them back. My shoes has red chips/flecks and smears all over the white sidewall of the shoe. It made me feel like they rushed my order because both pair of shoes had notable ears. This isn't usually my Van's experience. I was quite sad at the outcome. I always ordering Van's and always awaiting there arrival with excitement. But I was quite disappointed.

I just purchased the black paisley hightops for my boyfriends birthday and he wears them everyday to the gym. He has a flat foot and needs all the ankle support he can get as a body builder, so these babies were the perfect addition to his pulled up "vans" ankle socks! lol I must admit though, the man definitely pulls the look off so dont be surprised if you start seeing a trend-setting of body builders with their hightop vans and pulled up matching socks at your local gyms! :) FYI: keep in mind that his foot is very narrow and flat so his ext room may have been bc of how narrow his feet are and the only option was the WideD..

Very nice and comphy. I love Hightop vans. Of course the color does bleed all over your white laces. To be honest I'm not sure why they don't throw in an extra pair or some black ones. They used to back in the day when the vans were made better and were way less expensive. I bought 4 pairs when they had there 30% off deal. Arrived quickly and the shoes inside the boxes were packaged well. From what I can tell the shoes do not have any defeats which I have gotten at least 4 x's in the past. They just need to work on quality control other than that I would highly recommend :)

Ive searched so many stores for these vans and i could not find them or when i did find them they did not have my size. I got an email from dicks when they was having a flash sale and ive gotten boots and nike sneakers from dicks so i wondered if they had vans and so i searched up vans and to my surprise they did i had no idea! then when i saw they had the aura vans i just kept hoping they had my size and they did ! With only 2 available i got them right away ! I couldn't be any happier ! They arrived within 4 days like always when i order from dicks my packages never have arrived later than 4 days I've gotten some of them in 3days which is awesome. I am very happy with my purchase my vans arrived in perfect condition. Thank you dicks !
These shoes are comfortable and I have gotten compliments every time I wear them. Only negative thing I can say is that the red color bleeds into the white laces and logo. There was a little tag with a disclaimer warning that might happen but it's still a bit of a bummer since the white really pops on on the red
These are cool they fit my orthotics without taking the insole out.Cause they're white, I buy a new pair of the exact same every other year.They don't seem to fall apart too quickly.They do have that thing where if you wash them they wick a yellowish pigment out of the glues or whatever, as they dry, so that's a bit annoying but it's not too bad they still look pretty good after a proper scrub.Also I use elastic as laces and surprisingly it still works even with the high top.You just need to play around to get the right tightness.
I was nervous to get these for my man after reading the reviews about how the colors from the suede bled to the white and strings. I decided to go to the Vans store and see if maybe it was an online thing. Nope. Every single red pair had bled all over the white parts of the shoes. Most their shoes have some suede especially around the laces, so I'm personally scared to buy an colored ones due to this. It's not sturdy suede if it bleeds thru. The fact they are bleeding so fast tells me the testament process is not done correctly. The protective coating that goes on color suede should not ware off before getting them.

I got my first pair of Old Skool high tops in 8th grade (blue and white) and was the only girl I knew, who wore "guys skate shoes". Many trips around the sun later and EVERY girl/woman from grade school to adult age, these days are sporting Old Skools. However, this pair kicks it up a notch. I love the one-tone light camel/tan leather body (even though this pic shows a white "jazz", which is the line on the side and mine are all one color). They are cool, modern, and very stylish - almost have a designer feel for the office or dressier options. I love these shoes and they’re very versatile. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because the tongue in the right shoe sometimes digs into my ankle and causes discomfort. I’ve only worn them a couple times and am hoping it will go away when they break in a little more. The left shoe is fine. Overall, these are adorable and I get compliments every time I wear them!
When I bought these shoes. I read the reviews and they all said the red dye leaked onto the white of the laces and inside of shoe. I thought it would be fine and bought the shoes anyway, and they came with red dye on the white parts of the shoe, I was disappointed, but I wore them anyway and I really like them. They stayed intact for a long time.
