This is the 1st pair of comfortable high tops I’ve worn since breaking my ankle. I have a lot of metal that wearing high-tops cause discomfort. Not these. I would buy again and again.

I've been wearing Vans since I was little in the late 60's. I grew up in Orange County, CA and started with original Vans classic deck shoes and moved on to customs in grade school. I got my first pair of Old Skool high tops in 8th grade (blue and white) and was the only girl I knew, who wore "guys skate shoes". Many trips around the sun later and EVERY girl/woman from grade school to adult age, these days are sporting Old Skools. However, this pair kicks it up a notch. I love the one-tone light camel/tan leather body (even though this pic shows a white "jazz", which is the line on the side and mine are all one color). They are cool, modern, and very stylish - almost have a designer feel for the office or dressier options. Bought these for my daughter. They are cute but she says they are hard to put on because the foot opening is on the small size. She decided ti keep them because she likes the style.
My daughter loved these. I like that she’s not wearing snow boots to school anymore. These are much more comfortable for daily use. She’ll only wear these shoes now.
I’m 35 and don’t want to look like I’m trying to be 16, the color and style of these is just perfect. True to size and comfortable.
