I always have to buy a new pair of Vans every year. I really dig the suede on this pair. I’ve had this particular pair for over a year and there are barely any creases, the suede never gets scuffed. My favorite thing about vans, are that they can really go with anything. I’m a size 8 in women and they are true to size. Especially after breaking them in after a month. I did make a bad choice and wear them when they were brand new to six flax’s magic mountain. We had to park further tha. I’ve ever had to. And the tram was broken. I ended up with blisters all over my feet from all the walking in brand new shoes. Not the best idea to wear a new pair when you have a lot of walking to do. Other than that I have zero complaints! Vans, off the wall.

This shoe has been my go to for the past 6 years and still looks like it's brand new. I've been wearing these shoes everywhere and everyday. Not one hole or tear can be seen. The soles are very soft and comfortable, making them wearable for the whole day without having feet pain. The design is also very good and can match any outfit you want. I'd really recommend buying these if you want good quality shoes, they aren't even expensive right now they go for about $75. I wear these shoes everyday for school, errands, work, and everything else.

A hole developed in 2 weeks of wear. Avoid

Yea they look beautiful but a hole developed out of no where on the top front suede bit, above the joint of the smallest and small toes. I've had the shoes 6 weeks! The shoes were worn a total of 4 times (due to the grim U.K. weather, they were being mostly saved for dryer weather!) uses were - drive to and walk around some shops, get on a plane. Somehow this hole has developed with NO strain whatsoever on the shoes with light use. This is terrible for the price and I'm now looking for claiming against the warranty as it's gone past the 30 day period.

Comforts unknown

The smell. Oh, the smell of a fresh shoe. The unboxing is always a wonderful stage as you get the first glance but the smell takes you along to another land, filled with flying unicorns and fresh shoes that grow from the cabbage patch. This shoe, however, exceeds all others. Soft from the ball of the foot to the tips of the toes, it hugs you into a false sense of something like hovering. The plump cuffs snuggle up gently to your ankles in a manner akin to how you would imagine a calf does to mother cow. To top it off, you look even cooler wearing them than you do holding them.

This were my first pair of Vans ever and I wanted to give it a try as I liked the model very much but I was scared to buy due to past bad experience with another brand but similar model. I can say, I LOVE them!!! It changed my mind completely, 2 weeks after I bought this pair, I bought one more and I am planning to buy many more from now. Sooooo comfortable, sooooo coool and nice and literally goes well with everything. Let me tell you: the first day I worn them was the day I took the plane for holiday. Imagine having to travel couple of hours with a new pair of shoes. Most of the tine is chaos and I can't walk after the first hour. But with this Vans, I didn't even feel I have them on. They passed the test!!! Excellent value and speedy delivery

I've never owned a pair of Vans before as they've always been a little out of my price range but I decided to go for these as they were on sale. I've always admired Vans from a far and glad I bought these. They fit really well (I'm a size 4.5/5 and got a 5 so no issues with being too tight etc) and are super comfortable (lot's of room for all feet widths I think) I cannot complain. The delivery was really quick (about 2 days) and the trainers weren't damaged and looked completely brand new so I'm really pleased. They didn't come fully laced up but I didn't mind that plus the blue is more of a denim blue rather than vibrant blue (again I didn't mind that). Finally a true Wide shoe from Vans

This is truly a wide shoe. I've always loved the simplicity and timeless style of vans but they never really fit me like I would want them to. They've always been to narrow for my foot even after breaking them in after some time I really disliked how much my shoes leaned to the side because my foot was too wide for the shoe. No one truly understands that frustration unless you've dealt with shoes that look normal on other people but don't on your own feet. For years I've searched a wide fitting shoe from Vans and finally they're here. In other brand shoes I usually go for 2E - 4E this almost feels like a 4E shoe. There's so much space and width I find them very comfortable. I hope Vans continues to offer Wide in all their styles and color ways.

Nice but painful

I had the original old skool vans for 5 years and loved them. I spent hours on my feet at work and the only reason I needed to replace was because how battered they looked/support had gone. I was very excited to try the comfycush version.Well... I ordered two sizes, one the same as the last pair and one 1/2 a size up. I kept the 1/2 size up as they felt hard at the back and stiff. This obviously may be because of comparing them to the lack of support in my old pair or a redesign. Everything seemed the same EXCEPT they are maybe 1cm higher and the lining in the heel has changed. The previous version had a leather heel protector, this one has material. It isn't an immediate ahhh cloud feeling like I imagined. They feel comfier and more supportive but again I'm used to very worn in vans. Of course I love the look, that's why I repurchased them and will continue wearing them. I just hope going half a size up to avoid the rigidness doesn't come back to bite me in the bum and they end up too big as they've worn in.

Please make these in more colors!

Let me preface that I am 30 and have strictly been wearing vans since I was 16. I have extremely flat feet and most shoes don't fit. Regular fans are already pretty flat but they tended to hurt wearing them for long periods of time. These wides are an absolute game changer! So much more comfortable and fit way better. Please please please don't even think about discontinuing these! I'd love to see more color ways and other models in these especially the skate specific ones!

Waited a full calendar week before receiving entirely the wrong shoes. Like completely wrong.What I got were furry (seriously), grey shoes with a zip and velcro fastening. They were even the wrong size.The Vans 'contact us' email form did (does?) not work, WebChat took WAY too long, so I had to report the issue via phone which turned out to be a reasonable experience. A really nice guy called Tiago informed me that Vans don't do swaps or replacements. You have to return the item and start again from scratch. I was assured that the refund will be automatic, once they get the item back.Tiago emailed a returns form which I had to print out myself.I did everything as instructed, and handed the package over to their courier collection point on 18th December. Maybe Vans should just stick to making them and not supplying them.
