Vans brand Skate Shoes have been a go to for me for over 3 decades. These newer styles are lightweight, and still provide excellent support and comfort while skateboarding, hiking, or just wearing around town.

Bought these to replace an identical pair I had worn into the ground. Super comfy and well worth the money. I expect to wear these out too as I wear them daily and walk long distances in them. My favourite winter shoe.
Just bought these shoes this morning and wore them to work tonight.... they are SO COMFY! I work in healthcare and am on my feet for 10/12/16 hour shifts and these have been heavenly. I initially purchased these as a 'trail/hiking shoe' but realize now that I will be wearing them a lot more frequently. All my co-workers love them and are now looking them up and ordering them too.
Unfortunately I don’t love these like I’d hoped to but I will still keep. They’re suede so I feel like a nice fall shoe but not a shoe for comfort in my opinion.
Always have vans authentic and fancied a change. Look great but the seam that runs over your toe isnt smooth so does rub, which makes them not comfiest.
I have an odd issue with the MTEs. Sweat from inside the shoe makes its way through the sidewalls of the toe box. Which is a bit surprising as the shoes are supposed to have a level of water resistance. Maybe it's just one way?Anyway, this issue creates a cold bridge and when it's -2 outside makes one's feet both cold and damp. So not really ideal for a winter shoe. Not sure what the issue is, no such problem with Goretex/Nike shield etc.Apart from that it's a very comfy shoe and love the colour/design.
These vans really take it to the next level. Evolving traditional vans taking them into a complex but modern way of living. Great for extreme outdoors activities but still cool to wear at the end of the day for a classy night out.
Comfy, warm, great shoes! I am usually 4.5uk but Im always 4 with Vans, so I decided to go with a 4UK and it was the right choice.
