Bought these for my boyfriend on the black friday sale. When I received them I was disappointed to see the black and white check was infact black and cream. Off putting and make the shoe look not nice.

Come up a bit big so would recommend going 0.5-1 size smaller but apart from that all fine :)
My first Vans. I tried them on and they look really great. The checkerboard is not really white, it's creamy but I don't mind. I read in the comments here before about that so I knew what to expect. They are really comfortable.
Comfy, true to size and just as displayed. Just the same as the standard vans.
I think these are my 6th or 7th pair of Vans because I just absolutely love them! I have had a pair of the checkerboard slip on ones but not the zip up checkered ones so am really happy with how they look on!
We sized down, good shoes and love the style. They were for my partner for Christmas but gave them early!
The shoes came intact and the delivery was really fast. The checkered pattern on the sides is not snow-white, as some may think, but rather beige. Very light beige though. I don’t mind it tbh. The shoes look fantastic either way :)
They aren't made like they used to be! Barely left the house with them and the side wall has come away on one side and worn very quick on the other
