I love the style, but these shoes have no arch support at all which I need. I expected them to be leather, but they are canvas uppers and I'd prefer leather/vegan for easier cleaning.

I went into the Erika Wilson store on Main Street, ACK in order to purchase the pair of Veja trainers I was interested in. Upon my arrival, I asked a young sales person if the store had the shoe in a size 8/39. The sales girl, who wasn’t particularly busy, seemed put out by my request for assistance. She sighed & Proceeded to take the shoe and go to the rear of the store. Upon her return, She advised me that they did not have my size (8/39). That same afternoon, I went looking for the shoes online and it came up that they were available in Erica Wilson’s Nantucket store, which I had just visited. I assumed that it was a glitch, as the sales girl had told me they did not have my size. My shoes were packaged at the Main Street Erika Wilson store that same afternoon, Sent in the mail, Traveled through Rhode Island, And three days later arrived at my Nantucket house, which is less than a mile from the ACK Erika Wilson botique. I ended up paying about 15% less because I purchased them online and received a code. Your store would’ve made more of a profit if the sales associate actually took the time to thoroughly look for the shoes. I never reported this Incident to the store, but since I’ve been sent this email requesting my ratings, I will share now. I’d like to add the young sales person was not busy working, when I approached her. In fact, I had to wait for her to finish her conversation with a co-worker, About her previous evening’s shenanigans, before I managed to get her attention.
