The chrome-free cowhide is smooth and lightweight. It comes from farms in southern Brazil (Rio Grande do Sul) and undergoes an innovative tanning process that does not use chrome, heavy metals, or hazardous acids. By simplifying the tanning process, the use of chemicals and energy is reduced, water consumption is decreased by about 40%, and salt usage is lowered by 80%. After tanning, the water is reusable.

After my disappointment with VEJA Esplar, I decided to give VEJA Campo a try after doing a little more research on sizing. The leather on Campo is softer therefore the shoe tongue doesn’t rub against the top of my foot. There’s room for my supportive orthotic insoles to relieve my plantar fasciitis and the width provides enough room for my toes and mini-bunions. The price is worth it since it meets my footwear needs. My feet are supported and stylish!

I wanted really the white/matcha combo, the color is ok but I can’t get past the wide toebox. Yes it accomodated my toes but way too wide for my liking and style. This looked cute on the side but the wide shape is not good. I didnt had time to return so I am stucked with it. Also no support at all in arches whatsoever and nothing special on footbed. In fairness, I walked on this for a whole day errand and it did not hurt my feet thus my 4 star rating. Also for the price point it’s too expensive for me considering I am not truly happy with the fit.

Love the Veja Campo! I have them in white with black and just purchased these in white with neutral beige. I usually wear a size 6.5-7 shoe and the 37(6) worked best for me in the Veja campo. 38 was too big and although 37 felt a tad small they are fine once I wore them a few times. Unfortunately they don't come in 1/2 sizes because a 37.5 would be perfect. I wouldn't consider them the most cushioned comfy sneakers but they look great and are comfy enough to wear all day. I researched all the styles and really like the Campo the best. I love the pebbled leather and thicker sole. I definitely recommend!

This shoe is great quality, and very cute. I wanted them to wear to work with slacks. They are very lightweight!I’m a true 5.5 size shoe, with regular width feet.I read this shoe ran big so I ordered the 35 (5)- it was very snug on my toes and I found it hard to walk. I will sadly be returning. If I size up, the shoe will be too big. This brand needs to offer half sizes. If you are a half size you may have a hard time.
Really love the versatile color White/Almond. Fit okay, but very flat with no arch support. I wear size 7.5 US and size 38 EU but my feet, toes esp are slightly wide, tho not wide enough for wide width shoes. I bought size 38 in these and they fit excellent. These shoes would look great esp with straight or wide leg jeans. I am returning however due to price and need for additional insoles.
I have been looking for a stylish, versatile, low profile white sneaker for awhile now to replace a worn pair I have. Given the price I did my research and read many reviews - my biggest concern going in was that several noted they are a bit stiff at first but break in quickly and my feet are on the wide side. My friend has this exact sneaker and raved about them, so I finally gave in and purchased them as a birthday gift to myself. I’m not a big fan of ‘breaking in’ shoes, but thought these just might be worth it. Sadly they are not. They are cute on and go with so much, but after wearing them for several months now I have noticed my feet (arches) and back hurting if I walk any appreciable distance in them. I’m afraid I am going to have to relegate these to the times I want a casual look, but am going by car and with not much walking involved. Too much money for the wear I will get out of them IMO.
So, I had read numerous reviews of these shoes before giving them a try. I wanted these to work so badly (and they did !!) because I just love the look of these. And, I honestly didn't know what to expect because of so many mixed reviews from different websites. I was expecting the fit and feel to be stiff. I own several pairs of Golden Goose, so I was expecting the fit to be something like that. But, these are actually way softer and more comfortable than all of my Golden Goose shoes. I love these Vejas and I am so happy I decided to give them a try. I honestly would get these in more colors. The sizing seems to be pretty spot on. I got the 37, I usually wear between a US 7 and 7.5. Very very happy with my purchase!
Have these brands seen a human foot? These are very cute on, and generally, the width is just fine throughout the foot until you get to the toes. The sneakers narrow so mush toward the toes that they become painful from the side of the sneakers pressing on the side of your big toes. Maybe making the toe box a big wider would make these more comfortable. Otherwise, it's a no for me. These are going back.
I wanted to like these, but they are incredibly uncomfortable. I wear a 6 to a 6.5, and I got these in a 36. The fit was fine, but I literally took them off right after I tried them on because they hurt so badly. They have no cushioning and are very stiff. My feet were crying in these, and they felt like bricks. Not sure what the hype is about them other than looks. They are super cute! But ouch!
The sneakers look nice and size 38 fit well for US size 7.5. I usually fluctuate and wear size 7-7.5 depending on the shoes. For flats and some heels, size 7 works. For sneakers and boots, I usually prefer size 7.5. The 38 fit comfortably with socks. My shoes logo area in the back came with fabric that looks not cleanly cut and a bit frayed. I ordered another pair to see if this is how it comes or if I got a defective pair.
