Amazing shoes but wish for half sizes

I was so torn between the campo vs. The esplar and when I saw them in person, the decision was obvious. Lined up beside each other, The campo looks like a warmer white color with some texture to it rather than cool white that is super smooth. It just feels/looks better quality overall and they shape is preferable for me at least. The only issue is that the sizing is sliiiiightly off with them not having half sizes. I sized down from my half size and that was better than going up but it’s still just ever so slightly too small anf im hoping it will stretch out that little bit.Overall these are classic beautiful shoes and comfortable right away, I haven’t had any issues with the tongue or heel as some people mentioned in reviews that I previously read.I would order ... MoreI was so torn between the campo vs. The esplar and when I saw them in person, the decision was obvious. Better than VEJA Esplar, get your true size

After my disappointment with VEJA Esplar, I decided to give VEJA Campo a try after doing a little more research on sizing. The leather on Campo is softer therefore the shoe tongue doesn’t rub against the top of my foot. There’s room for my supportive orthotic insoles to relieve my plantar fasciitis and the width provides enough room for my toes and mini-bunions. The price is worth it since it meets my footwear needs. My feet are supported and stylish!

I’ve had my eye on these for a while. I have plenty of sneakers but I wanted a stylish pair that was comfortable. I ordered both these and the natural ones. I didn’t know what size I would need so I got 35 in Natural (they didn’t have a 36) and the pink in 36. Honestly, I loved them both but the natural ones called to me. But the 35 was just a bit tight, so I kept the pink ones in the 36. I am a size 6 in most shoes and sometimes a 5.5. I really do like the pink ones but I am STILL thinking about the natural. I haven’t worn them longer than a few hours, but I’m finding them to be comfortable out of the box. I saw comments about the tongue being uncomfortable but I haven’t had that problem at all. It is annoying they do not arrive laced up. I feel like it always ... MoreI’ve had my eye on these for a while. I have plenty of sneakers but I wanted a stylish pair that was comfortable. Cute, but…
30 March 2023

I love the Campo sneaker. The pink is so pretty and looks like the photo online. The overall width is okay and fairly roomy in the toe box. (I wear an 8.5 and bought 8.5). The only negative I have is that I feel discomfort bordering on pain in the arch/ball of the foot of the right shoe. I’ve never had that issue in other sneakers. I’m going to test them out in the house a bit more before I decide whether to return because they really are super cute.

Extremely Disappointed
19 June 2023

The shoe that was sent to me was not as advertised. Received the Esplar sneaker in the babe colorway in a Campo Nacre box in the wrong size. Returned the shoe immediately, and unfortunately was not able to reorder since they were sold out. Was even more disappointed that I used one of my Nordstrom double points days on this purchase - such a waste. Nordstrom, please do better - wrong style, color, and significant price difference.

Great Quality - sizing is a bit tricky
30 May 2023

This shoe is great quality, and very cute. I wanted them to wear to work with slacks. They are very lightweight!I’m a true 5.5 size shoe, with regular width feet.I read this shoe ran big so I ordered the 35 (5)- it was very snug on my toes and I found it hard to walk. I will sadly be returning. If I size up, the shoe will be too big. This brand needs to offer half sizes. If you are a half size you may have a hard time.

Nice, but...
25 May 2023

I admit, I bought these sneakers because a blogger was using them for styling and because a few celebrities have them. It's probably the only item like that I have in my closet. I was disappointed in how bulky they are and how awkward on they are on... if I make the laces tighter they'll look worse, if I keep them, then when I take a step they fall off. I have average feet and they are probably designed for someone with wider feet. I am a true size 10 and they fit true to size (other than how wide they are). Like some of the reviews I read the tongue is annoyingly uncomfortable. Overall I'm keeping them because I like how they can be styled, but they are not comfortable out of the box shoes like 99% of shoes that I have. Hopefully I can figure out how to make them ... MoreI admit, I bought these sneakers because a blogger was using them for styling and because a few celebrities have them. Not just for men, but for women, too!
30 November 2022

I had been searching for over 2 years for a white leather sneaker that would fit my wide feet, and couldn't find anything that worked. Then I read an online review that stated that the Veja Campo was made for a wider foot. I saw that Altitude carried this model, but it was sold out in the women's sizing. Knowing that these are made to be a unisex shoe, I looked in the men's section online, and there was one left in my size. I'm typically a size 9.5 foot, so I ordered size 41 (10) and they fit perfectly. There's no "breaking in" to fit my wide feet. They fit right out of the box. The price is more than I wanted to spend, but I've learned that wearing shoes that are too short or too narrow can cause long-term damage to your foot. If you want to keep your feet healthy and in great shape, and if you can afford them, its best to buy shoes that fit.I really like the classic look of this sneaker -- I don't have to worry about it going out of style in the next few years (I take care of my stuff and I want it to last). It is so easy to pair with casual and even dressier outfits and the white lends a sporty flair.

Sizing is tricky
16 March 2023

It's a little confusing because the Euro to US sizing is off from other designers. But from the reviews (everywhere), I originally ordered 38. It was a little tight, so I ordered 39. Then I saw there as a 38.5. I think maybe the only half size. I felt like Goldilock. 38 was too small, 39 was way too big, 38.5 was just perfect. I have been wanting to try Veja shoes. When I saw rose gold, I knew I had to have it. They feel well made. If it helps, I'm 8 in athletic Nikes, Adidas, Tory Burch, and Stuart Weitzman. 38 in Golden Goose. 7.5 in AF1.

Style and Comfort
11 March 2023

I ordered my first pair of Veja Campo shoes and they did not disappoint. Incredibly comfortable, supportive and true to size.. I went with the white and black V and it is a really soft white. Super stylish and paired it with a blazer, white tee and cute cargos. I wore the shoes for over 12 hours first day and my feet felt amazing. No breaking in at all. Know your European size if you can. Super cute and functional. Altitude please bring in the extra white and neutral V, I need a second pair!
