I’ve worn Vejas since 2016 and can honestly say they are cool to look at (and sustainable!) but they aren’t the most comfortable trainer. Think they are just worn to be trendy and therefore not worth the increased price tag of £145. Also these shows are NOT red as per the photo they are fluorescent pink. Totally misleading and had to send straight back (and pay for delivery) when I would have kept them if they were the colour in the photo. All around slightly frustrating experience.

I love these sneakers! I have been wearing them since I received them. Velcro tabs are convenient. They're super comfortable and they go with everything. I'm EU 35.5, 5.5B. I usually size up in sneakers to 6. I got the 6. Even though Veja size chart says 6=37 (and normally 37 would be way too large for me) they fit perfectly with thin ankle socks. I tried size 5 and it was too small.

I'm a 7.5, and the 38 is perfect! These may be a smidge narrow at the toe so if you have wide feet they may not work. The footbed was hard but after wearing twice they seem to have softened. The only drawback is the pair I ordered are labeled as "red" for the colorway (the heel and V) and I would say these are more dragonfruit color, leaning a smidge more red than pink. Very pretty but if you are looking for red this is not it.
I really like the suede logo V. It matches the ChromeFree leather well. I have considered between pink and blue logo. Blue logo might be more suitable for denim pants or sporty outfits. Finally I selected pink for dress. Veja is very popular and too common. For those people not willing to wear same shoes with many strangers, Recife collection is a good idea.
These are my first pair of Veja. I love the Velcro strap. I struggle with some sneakers being too narrow, but these are perfect. The footbed is a little hard, but I’ve been told it takes about a week to break these in. These look great with skirts and pants!
I really love the colour and style of this sneaker. The Velcro makes it a bit sleeker than tie up sneakers. I wanted to love this sneaker but unfortunately the leather is not at all soft and rubbed against my bunion. I needed the size up which is sold out.Hence I returned and got a refund.If you have a wide foot, size up or avoid this sneaker. Looks great but not super comfortable.
I am a size 8 and decided to go with size 38 based on reviews on other Veja shoes since there were no reviews available for the strap-on shoes. The concensus is that the lace-up shoes run large. I should have gone with 39. Also, the straps don't overlap across when the top all the way, mayne it's due to the top arch of my foot is high? Don't know, but I did not like this. These are going back and I'll try the lace up instead.
So comfortable and cute but beware that they wear very easily. Only had mine a few months and the sole has worn down, the suede/felt part has stained from wide leg jeans and dirt, and the scuffs are difficult to remove. Not the investment piece I had hoped for but still cute in the meantime

My toes didn’t quiiiiite reach the front of the shoe and when I walked my heel would slip out of the shoe. In short the shoes were a but big. Not so much that I couldn’t wear them but with looseness was enough that it felt uncomfortable. Unfortunately the next size down was a 36 (which is equivalent to a U.S. size 5!).
