It is a very cute sneakers. But I don’t think it worth $150. It is very pricey. The material looks kind of cheap. I will keep it and give it a try. It fits my feet right. It seems comfy tho. One more thing and it is very disappointed that I have to lace up the shoes myself! It is very inconvenient for me :(I wear Size 8.5 so I go with the 39. It fit perfectly.

This is my first time buying this brand. I’m 46 years old, narrow foot, and thin ankles. Style is a 5, and comfort is a 2. My perfect size is an 8.5N. My back heel slips on the size 8, but a heel liner fixed the problem. The shoe tongue is very hard and uncomfortable. It left a red sore on one foot. I will add moleskin to this area. There is not enough cushion in the soles, so I won’t be waking long distances in these sneakers. I did notice my feet became very warm and sweaty, which was strange for me. Overall great style, but lacks comfort.

When I ordered the white/black combo, there were 2 left in the company. Now they are sold out, so I’m happy I chose the right size. They run big! I am normally a US 7, and after reading the reviews, I ordered the womens 6, which is a men’s 4. They fit perfectly, and I have enough room with a little sock on. They are really stiff when you get them, but break in quickly. The tongue was digging in the front of my leg! I actually thought about returning them but decided to try to break them in and I’m happy I did! I read to push the tongue over to the side until you break them in and that worked like a charm. After 3-4 wears they were broken in and I don’t have to do that anymore! They are now super-comfortable. They can be dressed up or down. Laces are whiter than the shoe which is like an eggshell color but it doesn’t bother me. I bought them for occasional wear-more like a fashion shoe-but have been wearing them ALL THE TIME! You can keep the sides clean with a sponge with dish soap or wipe them with a Mr. Clean magic eraser. I definitely want another pair!!

I wanted to love these! I'd heard good things and they look great on the foot. But oh boy, were they uncomfortable. No support or cushioning whatsoever. If I'm going to wear a sneaker I expect it to be comfy. Also, they're not TTS as the page states. I'd say at least half a size too big, as some of the other reviewers have noted. Again they look great but for the price I expected a much more comfortable shoe. I'll stick with Adidas.
The shoe looks nice however they claim to be leather… the quality is questionable it feels a bit more plastic that I would’ve liked. They claim the leather is from Uruguay… I am from Uruguay this doesn’t look like it.The right foot now when I walk it feels like a piece of gum got stuck ti the bottom of the heal. I feel a pull but I don’t see anything. Not recommend it for the price point . They come wide and they don’t feel snuggled to my feet. Disappointed
I was looking for a cute white sneaker to wear with many kinds of outfits, particularly to make a dress casual for spring/summer. I ordered so many different white sneakers to try. I tried Common Projects, but for the price, I was too afraid to go out in them! (Also, they were too large on). I tried Stan Smiths (VERY uncomfortable), and even Sezane's Barry sneakers (strange fit). I finally decided to try these and wow!--they are so cute, comfortable, the leather is easy to clean, and they can look both on the dressier side (for sneakers) and also make a summery dress cool and casual. I have read complaints that the tongue is very stiff, but I found it very easily slips to the side and it is not uncomfortable while walking. I usually am a size 8 in shoes, and I took a leap of faith and ordered the 38 which says it is US Womens 7. I do not find that to be a true conversion--I think they are more like 8s. Also they did stretch a bit after wearing, and I think they are a perfect fit. I am wearing them with thin socks or no socks at all, so keep this in mind when you are choosing your size. I have worn them to work and walked more than two miles at once in them--definitely my new go-to!
Love at 1st sight, I have just about every white sneaker there is, casual to high end, sneakers not gym shoes. These look the best overall, no match to me. My issue, as others have mentioned, the tongue. My daughter has had 2 pair, told me if it doesn’t get broken in get shoemaker, not just a shoe repair. Tried breaking them in to no avail. Finally decided to take them to a shoemaker, family business 3rd generation, all the high end shoe stores on Rodeo, Neimans use him. Even with the costly adjustment plus soft insert, thick sock, I just could not wear them. Another pair of shoes sitting in their box
I love this shoe. I now have three pairs and just ordered the extra white. The Esplar is perfect for me. I have small feet, about a 6 so I ordered a 37. I wear mine almost everyday. I have developed some issues with my feet and with a knee and these look great with nearly everything and are comfortable. I haven’t really had issues with the tongue, but I do feel that they require a period of breaking in. As I have a bit of a bunion I find the Esplar to be the more comfortable between this style and the Campo. The Campo has a higher wall of rubber and it is not as flexible nor does it stretch because of the higher rubber wall. The Esplar has a lower rubber wall and the leather stretches to expand at the point where my bunion is. I wear these sneakers with skirts and ... MoreI love this shoe. I read plenty reviews on these sneakers that made me hesitant to purchase them but I wanted to give them a try! I’m a true 7.5 so I was a little confused on what size to order. I went to the Veja’s website that has measurements and that was helpful. I ended up ordering a size 7 and they worked out great. There was even some room. I don’t find these to be uncomfortable at all but they are a little stiff and hard to lace (I watched a YouTube video). I imagine with time time they will be easier to put on. I also don’t have any issues with the tongue but I did move it slightly to the side until it’s broken in. I think they are cute white sneakers that go with anything. If you’re hesitant I would do some research first for sizing and give them a try.
I wanted vejas and ordered both these esplars and a similar campo. I found the veja size chart to be off. I’m usually a 7.5-8 in shoes, but often an 8.5 in lifestyle sneakers. I originally tried a 39, since that said 8, but it definitely fit more like a 9. The 38 fit like an 8, so it was a tad on the small side but better than the too-big 39. A half size would have been perfect! Ultimately, I picked these esplars over the campos because they felt just a tiny bit longer (better fit), which made them a tiny bit more comfortable. And I liked the blue color of the V better than the more greenish campo style I’d bought. These shoes are really cute and the light blue V is perfect. It wasn’t terrible, though, and I’m counting on friends and the other reviewers who say the shoes soften and get much more comfy. I’ve worn these esplars several times now for a few hours at a time, and they are starting to break in. Glad I bought them and glad I went with the smaller size! 4 stars bc they’re not comfy right out of the box.
