These are the most stylishly comfortable sneakers you could have in your closet. You can dress these shoes up or down— they’ll work with almost anything. I think some reviewers received a bad pair because I don’t even wear socks with when wearing and I don’t have ANY issues of rubbing or any thing of the sort. Pull the trigger and buy the shoes, they are worth every penny.

Love the Veja Campo! I have them in white with black and just purchased these in white with neutral beige. I usually wear a size 6.5-7 shoe and the 37(6) worked best for me in the Veja campo. 38 was too big and although 37 felt a tad small they are fine once I wore them a few times. Unfortunately they don't come in 1/2 sizes because a 37.5 would be perfect. I wouldn't consider them the most cushioned comfy sneakers but they look great and are comfy enough to wear all day. I researched all the styles and really like the Campo the best. I love the pebbled leather and thicker sole. I definitely recommend!

Really love the versatile color White/Almond. Fit okay, but very flat with no arch support. I wear size 7.5 US and size 38 EU but my feet, toes esp are slightly wide, tho not wide enough for wide width shoes. I bought size 38 in these and they fit excellent. These shoes would look great esp with straight or wide leg jeans. I am returning however due to price and need for additional insoles.

I first purchased the Veja Esplar in a size 39 (8). The length was good but my heel slipped up and down when I walked. Awkward fit, so I ordered the Campo in a size 39. My left foot is slightly larger than my right, andmy left toe was touching the end of the left shoe. I returned the size 39 and purchased the 40 (9) (I am typically an 8.5 medium). The size 40 is huge on both of my feet. I have a pair of GG size 39 and they’re perfect. Sadly, these will also be going back. I wish they made these in half sizes.
Had to return this one as mine came damaged. Bottom part on both had evidence of wear and tear as well as scuff marks on the leather parts. One can tell that it was worn and returned and placed back on stock. I was the unlucky one to have received the already worn shoes. Other than that, had it not been worn before, I would have kept it as I was looking forward to using it for my upcoming trip. It’s surprising that Nordstrom did not use their quality control before sending it. Disappointing
This color combo is always sold out. Got lucky when it restocked. The color is so much better than the previous white/natural combo I had ordered. Had some mild creasing on the sides, but I kept it as I knew it likely wouldn't restock.Packaging was horrible: the shoebox was just placed inside a Nordstrom shipping bag instead of a box, and the shoebox arrived to me crushed (see photos).
I have been looking for a stylish, versatile, low profile white sneaker for awhile now to replace a worn pair I have. Given the price I did my research and read many reviews - my biggest concern going in was that several noted they are a bit stiff at first but break in quickly and my feet are on the wide side. My friend has this exact sneaker and raved about them, so I finally gave in and purchased them as a birthday gift to myself. I’m not a big fan of ‘breaking in’ shoes, but thought these just might be worth it. Sadly they are not. They are cute on and go with so much, but after wearing them for several months now I have noticed my feet (arches) and back hurting if I walk any appreciable distance in them. They are cute on and go with so much, but after wearing them for several months now I have noticed my feet (arches) and back hurting if I walk any appreciable distance in them. I’m afraid I am going to have to relegate these to the times I want a casual look, but am going by car and with not much walking involved. Too much money for the wear I will get out of them IMO.
Have these brands seen a human foot? These are very cute on, and generally, the width is just fine throughout the foot until you get to the toes. The sneakers narrow so mush toward the toes that they become painful from the side of the sneakers pressing on the side of your big toes. Maybe making the toe box a big wider would make these more comfortable. Otherwise, it's a no for me. These are going back.
Compared to the other Veja styles, this runs true to size (6) for me. I have normal feet, not wide or narrow. Leather is stiff per Veja leather and the tongue still rubs ad chafes the top of my foot. No way to get around this since a stiff tongue seems common for all Veja styles. Style wise, Campo looks less "bowling" and pairs easily with most outfits. Quality wise, bits of leather and cloth material started peeling when I laced the shoes. This is surprising since it's Veja but maybe it's just the pair I received. Great shoe for the fashionista. Nordstrom delivers as always, excellent customer service.
First, the lack of half-sizes really stinks. Unlike other reviews, I do find them true to size. I’m an 8.5, and the 8 was too small while the 9 was too big. I ordered the Esplar and the Campo and found the sizing is the same in both styles. Esplar is more narrow, Campo is wider (slightly too wide for me). Esplar is smooth leather while Campo is textured. I liked the width of Esplar better but the texture of Campo. Beyond the sizing, the shoes just aren’t cut well. The tongue on Campo is way too long, and it leaves a red mark after only a few minutes of wear. By contrast, the tongue on Esplar is shorter like a normal shoe, but the ankle area is too narrowly cut. The raises to quickly and rubs the front bottom edge of the outside ankle. It’s a shame that both styles ... MoreFirst, the lack of half-sizes really stinks. Unlike other reviews, I do find them true to size. I’m an 8.5, and the 8 was too small while the 9 was too big. It’s a shame that both styles fall short. If the tongue on campo wasn’t so absurdly long, I’d have probably kept those. As it is, they’re all going back.
