I’m so annoyed. Ordered this shoe by the size chart that says a 41 is a 10. Well lo and behold the shoe arrives and a 41 is a 9.5! It’s right there on the box and on the inner label of the shoe. It’s tight of course and doesn’t fit at all. Not sure why they recommend sizing down. I need a true 10, which in this brand is a 42. Seems like lately most of my orders from Nordstrom have been a nightmare. Now I have to spend time returning it. It used to be easy with more stores near me, but with all the store closures it’s a pain. Not worth buying from this store anymore.

I purchased the size 4 and they fit perfect. For reference I usually take a size 4.5.They are lovely trainers and really comfortable.

From my experience, these shoes are totally fine if you're just walking around for a couple hours, or on and off for a full day. My feet are quite flat and I have a very slight bunion, so this is likely a contributing factor. I just think the sneakers are quite stiff, and the toe box area can feel a bit constricting at times. I did place some Superfeet insoles in them and that really helped - keep in mind, though, that the Veja insole isn't removable - so I did have some wiggle room in the shoes. I'd say the V-10 does run 1/2-1 size big if your feet are narrow.I purchased these back in June, and so far the quality is great. The laces were a bit stiff at first but if anything that works better, as they'll hold up for awhile. Overall, I'd recommend these sneakers if you're in love with the look !
My 3rd time ordering this shoes, and my third time returning it. 1st, i ordered the wrong size and i wasn’t allowed to cancel my order even it was just 3minutes after i ordered. 2nd, ordered the right size but it was not true to sizing. And 3rd, finally ordered the “right” size (via pick up to the store) but they gave a pair of shoes that were used and looked like samples. the shoes’ soles were dirty so had to returned it again. Like how can this be possible for a big store like nordstrom??
The V-10s in the black and white combo are the second pair of Vejas I purchased. The first pair was the Campos which were fantastic quality and I was super happy to pay the premium price for the premium materials and craftsmanship. However I was immediately let down when I received these. As you can see in the picture, there is an area in the top of the shoe that is missing stitching. The materials themselves also didn't feel as nice as the Campos. In terms of sizing, I'm a true EU 39/US 8.5 to 9 for most shoes but I had to size up to the EU 40 for these. I say go by your US size and not the EU size, and that'll be true to the size. Otherwise EU sizing fits small and will have to size up. I purchased two pairs of sneakers that resulted in an accidental showdown between the Veja V-10 and the Hoff Metro. Veja V-10 gets 3 stars, Hoff Metro 5 stars. The Veja V-10 Sneakers were sloppy-wide on my feet but were the right length. The tongue was just a flimsy piece of unpadded, thin leather. When I walked, the shoe bent in such a way as to dig into the top of my toes. Felt cheaper than Hoff while costing more. Like the look at a glance but lost the head to head with Hoff. Going back.
The sneakers are beautiful and true to size, but the upper material is synthetic, not leather as described. I contacted Anthropologie’s customer support before my purchase, and they assured me the shoes were leather, which turned out to be incorrect. Additionally, there is no clear labeling on the Veja shoe box or shoes regarding the materials used. I avoid synthetic materials, and without transparency in labeling, I will be returning these.

I ordered a pair in my usual size which is an 8.5. I used the size chart and my suggestion is size down if you are in between sizes. The first pair fit my foot well however would start to add creases over the toe area as there was too much room. I exchanged for a smaller size and the fit was perfect. If you need more support than the shoe offers, I suggest getting a cushioned insert. I find they are comfortable however do not stand in them all day.
