The delivery time was perfect (within a 1 hour slot) and I was able to track the parcel all the way as a guest customer. The purchased item was sealed and appears to work perfectly. The good side of the product is the hardware (eg. the material and the connection) the down side is the software which is using Nero. For me personally difficult to use. I will recommend you download a software from the one you are provided thank you.
This drive has proven to be fast and reliable even when reading slightly imperfect DVDs. I don't have any 4K discs to test it with as yet. It is amazingly slim and light, so if you want something easily portable this fits the bill. I like that it has a USB-C port for connection rather than a hard-wired cable, so you can use whatever length of cable you need; the supplied cable is a little short (44cm). No additional power connection is required which keeps things tidy and simple. My main disappointment is that it does not work with my Android TV - when I plug it in to the USB port it's just ignored. This drive is highly rated and I found that Scan was easily the best price. I had never bought from them before, however, I was reassured by their very high level of positive reviews that they could be trusted. Having ordered it, I noted that their communication was excellent and delivery was, amazingly, next day. I will use Scan again

I tested it on 4 discs. Silent and fast enough to write discs in reasonable time. The most important for me is that it works with Linux openSuSE 15.3 and K3B software does not have any problems with that device.Verbatim is of course not a hardware supplier. The recorder is just branded by Verbatim. The device is from Pioneer.
