A reliable back up disk. No problems using it but I don't use the back up software that comes with it. There is much better software to use without loading a pile of third party apps. Otherwise a great little portable HDD.

Decent enough storage drive, but for the price you'd think they'd give you a longer connection cord, it's only 6 inches. So when it's in use it basically dangles from the computer at the front or back. Not the best for computer towers, better suited to laptops or usb hubs.

This portable hard drive is compatible with Windows Vista (which I still use) and is plug and play. It works like a dream. So far so good after only one computer backup. This item was sold out at my local Staples outlet but I ordered online in the store to have it delivered early the following morning. I could not ask for better service.

I rather like this product...was easy to use ...love all that memory...and of course the portability...I would recommend this one...compatability with my windows 7 computer...glad I chose this one...J

I was told this had an extra USB port and it dont.was very disappointed.
Needed to get a LOT of pictures off my phone before I lose them. So, I figured this was the best way to do it. Happy with it so far.
