I looked at a lot of plyo boxes wanting to ensure I got a heavy one. At 30kgs this doesn’t move & the cover is really grippy. Highly recommend
I originally got this because it looked so good to be honest but after using it I've realised it's way better than the wooden ones and other non wooden ones I've used in the past. I don't think I'll ever need to upgrade again!

The plyo boxes are made of dense foam. They are very sturdy. I would recommend these plyo boxes to other personal trainers.
Fantastic soft box to help cool the nerves of those not confident of box jumps, yet strong enough to remain in place and provide a stable landing. Ideal for so many exercises. The best I have ever used.
