We have just bought these and had them fitted over our kitchen bench. They look amazing and we are very happy with them. The light is directed onto then bench and with 7w L14 globes the 3 lights look great and give plenty on light to work preparing meals.

If your after a light to light up a bench this is not it. With a maximum of 40 watt small Edison screw bulb it is very low mood lighting at best. Certainly not for kitchen benches.
