I have had this backpack for several years now. With tool pockets easy to get to and a laptop/tablet pocket in the back it is a great technician bag. It is not for people looking to carry every tool they own, but is perfect for the minimalist who also carries a tablet and literature for their trade.
This is a great bag but it needs about another inch of space in the computer/document side of the unit. If you are using a slim laptop and do not need more than that you should be fine. I do expect the bag loosen up a little from use and that should alleviate the tightness in the laptop area. Bag feels solid, is comfortable to carry fully loaded, and hangs where I need it when I am working.
Got this for my wife who is a commercial and industrial electrician, she loves it. Working in refinerys is hard enough, having a nice way to keep your tools with you everywhere you go helps a lot.

With the current restrictions in place on public travel, this PAC is perfect for commuting between jobs should you require the need to carry tools, manuals and computer equipment. Although I never used it to its full potential, it never let me down and looks totally professional.
This piece of equipment is great I've had slot of tool bags over the last 20 years of service and this tool bag beats them all.
